I did an Uber order and I and they never send the salad with my order even though it says Side soup and salad. I called but the Diamond and the manager both said their is not salad on my order. If I could post the receipt it says side soup and salad. Why the heck would I spend $17 dollars on a side soup 2 bread sticks and a soda. I am glad I will never order from this place again. There were some folks here, but not that many. I sat at the desolate bar. Staff was quite friendly and prompt, the manager on duty repeatedly made sure I was doing okay which was appreciated. I had the Dark Berry Blast Mtn.Dew and the Cheetos Flamin' Hot coated boneless wings. The dew was quite good and I would certainly recommend it. The boneless wings were pretty much exactly what you think but slightly worse. It's something a stoned Gen Z kid would eat, so do with that what you will. Total came to about 14 dollars. Seems about right. It's an Applebee's. The food was designed to kill you and wasn't very good. The rest of the experience made it hard for me to give it anything less than 5 stars. This is the worst restaurant we have been to in a very long time. The food was horrendous. The mozzarella sticks were cold and not cooked. They took them back and brought out the same exact thing. I had all you can eat boneless wings and it was just bad. It was more like boneless breading. It seemed like all the food was just sitting under a warming lamp before we got it. This review is a little late, we were at Applebee's last Friday. After a day of cleaning out my wife's grandmother's house, we were a little hungry so we got some lunch at Applebee's. I haven't been to Applebees in probably a couple years. My family went at the suggestion of my niece. There is a large variety of American style classic foods with some twists. I live the Fiesta Lime Chicken, but at a calorie count of what most people need in a whole day, it's not a great option. I got a shrimp salad instead and it was pretty tasty. all I wanted was a nice meal at my local Applebees when all of a sudden some people sitting across from me started blaring music as loud as can be. this as you might suspect was not something I wanted to listen to while I was eating dinner. Especially since the music did not use a single non swear word. This however was just the start of the night. They moved tables saying there waitress sucked and didn't care about them at all. This was news to me, although she was not the best she was still trying which is all I care about. After they left they proceeded to come in through the exit and have a loud ass verbal argument with the waitress. There were two women and a man, the two women were the ones screaming. One of the woman while screaming tried to grab the glasses at the bar. Unfortunately for her the glasses out smarted her. So instead of the glasses from the bar she decided to grab a pile of plates and throw them on the floor. Luckily they didn't hurt anyone. While this is all going down the room is dead quiet and of course this is happening 5 feet from me. Oh my luck is just oh so good. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour for our food and noticed a couple talking to the manager because they waited about 2 hours for their food. I came here the other day, and already they only had about 12 tables, and someone was talking to a manager about waiting. The only reason I really wanted to go was because I've never had applebees before. So I sat anyway. The waiter was grumpy and didn't seem to know anything. He accidentally spilled the dip on the table and on my boyfriend, which he did apologize for, which was fine, but when I asked about the wait time, he said about 20 min. We waited until an hour and 45 min go by to go up to pay for just our drinks and appetizer, and the waiter was trying to get me to pay for our meal that we did not get yet. The three cheese chicken penne pasta and the chicken mushroom skillet options have not disappointed; it's nothing crazy fancy or outrageously amazing, but it's good for what it is. During our recent visit, the waitress was super forgetful-- wrong dressing for our salad, wrong drink order, etc. But she was so apologetic and friendly that we didn't even mind the irrelevant mistakes. The only awesome thing about this experience was that the food was delivered pretty quickly. I opened my bags and realized I was missing a whole order. I ordered full rack of baby back ribs and didn't receive it not the sizzle apple dessert. I called Applebee's and the manager sucked he wasn't any help basically told me I was shit outta luck. Didn't even offer to redeliver it or credit me. So I called GrubHub and they also didn't offer to have it redelivered but at least they credited me my portion of missing food. My family frequents Applebees often in multiple locations. ...we went out to this one last night 10/22/22. We arrived at 6pm, seated around 6:05. Our waitress was Jviona but by 6:20 she still had not come to even take our drink orders so another waitress did. That waitress came up apologized for our waitress not getting our drinks yet. We ordered our 4 drinks (2 adult/2 fountain) She brought our children's drinks to them while she handed our adult drink orders off to our waitress. At 6:30..the other waitress came back and seen we didn't have our drinks so she went and addressed it with our waitress. She had still not put our drink orders in...at the same time a couple was seated just a few tables away. Our waitress went right up got their drink and food order..everything. At 6:35 the other waitress came and got our food order. Looked around and said I'm really sorry I'm not sure what your waitresses issue is tonight. Also letting us know she had put the drink order in at 6:30..our drinks were sitting on the bar within a minute) At 6:45 after I had seen my husband and my drinks sitting on the bar for the last 15 minutes with no one getting them(our waitress went up read the tags took the couples drink and left ours‍) we decided it was time to leave. I'm not quite sure what her issue with my family was as we have never been served by her before..nor knew who she was. And we didn't say a word to anyone about service until 6:45 when we got up to leave...because we still didn't have drinks. I addressed the issue with the manager. And the manager said "it's hard to find good workers" I honestly would have rather sat for an hour with a busy waitress waiting then be seated and just ignored because she clearly didn't want to serve us. I completely understand if she was busy but that wasn't the case...she was deliberately not wanting to serve us. Unfortunately we have been noticing a decline in just basic service at all locations. I went here for dinner with my boyfriend last night. It's the first time I've been there in a long time. When I first walked in I smelled a weird smell that didn't go away once I moved from that area, the funk was throughout the place. We ordered the trio appetizer sampler and it was really good, so was my meal the three cheese penne pasta. It need extra sauce however, and I had to ask my waiter twice for it. My boyfriend ordered the chicken park and he said it left something to be desired. Horrible experience today, came here with my family and the service from the waiter to the cooks was horrible! We waited for about 30 to 40 minutes just for our drinks and the appetizers we ordered took about an hour to arrive and i really wish i was exaggerating but it's the reality of it, we had the boneless wings for appetizer and the crust and chicken was too overcooked! When the food finally arrived to our table it was just a mess, my sister had the bourbon shrimp and chicken and she said it was too salty and dry and the portion was pretty small, my nephew had the 8 oz steak and he asked for it well done and it was medium rare and the amount of fries on the plate was only a few. I had the classic bacon cheeseburger and the strips of bacon was overcooked and hard also the beef pattie was overcooked and very dry. Our waiter was in fact high on drugs and was speaking very slugish and was very slow getting everyones order on his tables including ours. I had to complain about the food and drinks cause they even got the wrong alcohol beverage for my sister with little to no actual alcohol and she only tasted how sweet it was.
