Food was better than I expected. With restaurants being sub par as of late after COVID it's been really hard to get good food and good service from Chain restaurants. I eat here with my mom sometimes three or more times a month. The food is always good. Service can be a little iffy at times based on staffing and time of day. We have never had a really bad experience though and will continue to dine here frequently. Love the happy hour menu also! Wish that I weren't nearly always driving so that I could take advantage of the drink specials as well! Also, it is always pretty quiet when we are there and I appreciate that as well. read more

Has to be my worst AppleBees experience ever!! The host first off sat my wife and I at a dirty table. Young girl wearing iPods while hosting, sure that's not dress code. She was not very interested in her job. Food took forever to come out. We were first in the section and everyone elses food came out. On top of it taking a long time it was not satisfying. My boneless wings were warm, looked like they had been just sitting. Cheese sticks and water were good but the entree was gross!! I've never had a chicken Parmesan with Alfredo and marinara...disgusting. My fault because I didn't see that on the menu. Manager checked on us, knew of our dissatisfaction and offered nothing to try to turn the situation around. This place gets 1 star in every area and if the continue to operate the way the do and the food, they will be boarded up like Popeyes across the street. I'm so bummed out to get the $20 doordash mela of one item. A Broccoli chicken Alfredo. Burned black chicken, noodles stick together, tasteless and over cooked yet noodles stick together. Barely any Alfredo sauce and it's just so bland. The broccoli is fresh, but it's still such a disappointing valentines meal... especially when you go to treat yourself after a long day of working. me and my mom came in at 8:30 on a friday and it was pretty much deserted. we got seated and got our drinks quickly and this is where it went downhill... she asked us 3 times in the first 5 minutes if we were ready to order. eventually we said yes and she came to take our order and told us that if we waited to order 30 more minutes, that our food would be half price/happy hour. we told her we didn't want to wait to order 30 minutes so she took out order. she didn't write down our order and when our food came, she had messed up our order. by the time our new food came out, it was 9 o'clock but she still told us that we couldn't get the happy hour pricing. after that we never saw her again, and got no refills. the only good thing about this place was the food actually tasted good. read more

Appeared to be short staffed. It took over one hour for our food to be delivered to our table after it was ordered. They are not wiping down tables or seats in between seatings. My pants stuck to the seat and fortunately came clean in the wash. Beware of the bathrooms. The staff was friendly enough! The waiter did make a mistake on our bill and charged us for some thing we did not order. Rather than take it off, they first offered to give us a gift card for the exact amount of the overcharge. When we said no, just correct the bill, the waiter plopped down the exact amount of cash (before tax and tip) of the over charge. I work for doordash and I caught the door behind another guest because apparently they lock the doors here an hour early and the (who im assuming) manager yelled across the restaurant in front of multiple guest "how did she get in". I had to come in because nobody was coming out or answering the phone. The beef neighborhood nachos were great. But, when we first got there the table they sat us at had garbage in the seat, someone left behind their drink on the window sill, and the table was sticky. But was set up with menus AND no silverware. By the time we were helped we had already figured out what we wanted. They forgot my sons milk, over cooked the mashed potatoes, and overall was unhappy with service. The waitress was sweet and look to be worked too thin, and mind you, the place wasn't packed out. The $1 hurricanes took about 15 min to make and they did taste pretty good, but not the greatest hurricane I've had. Overall, I will probably not frequent this location. Maybe three spoonfuls of actual soup and a heap of soggy, stale tortilla strips. We stood at the waiting area at least waiting to be greeted but No one ever came to greet us. Instead, we were just stared at. Now i was with another friend and she and i were the only ones waiting...AT FIRST. More people started to come in which meant more people were standing in front of the door, waiting to put their names on the list. No one ever came. As we were waiting, a waitress approached us trying to get to the serving tables. Instead of saying excuses me to a customer waiting with her back turned, she just stood there. I looked at her and said "aren't you going to say excuse me" and she continued to stare at the woman until she moved. A woman, who seemed to be a manager, walked by. At that time we asked if there was an hostess and she responded, yes, we have two but they're busy. Still, no one had come up to say there would be a wait, hello, be right with you....nothing... was just stared at. At this point we decided to leave because we knew the service was already horrible. I'll go back to never acknowledging this place again. This place is used to not getting any service at all. Now that they have this promotion, they don't know how to schedule their staff accordingly. Ok this location needs new MGMT. On a Saturday at lunch time the bartender was having to be the waitress and bartender. We all ordered burgers and fries. All four burgers were cooked wrong. BONUS! They had a happy hour here when we went to eat dinner. They had drink specials and appetizers at half price. Ok, as a Mom with 4 kids, I couldn't enjoy that feature as much as I would have liked. The staff here was very friendly and helpful, checking on us frequently to make sure we had enough to drink, eat and of course our supply of napkins. The food was good and the manager even came by to check on us. Perhaps that was to make sure we weren't totally trashing the place, but at the time it seemed like a friendly gesture. Terrible service from Stephen. First of all, he sat down at my table to take our order. Unacceptable. Then he brought out my brother and sisters entrees before my appetizers. Then brought mine and my bf food and not my parents. He told me parents that they didn't have enough precooked half cooked chicken available for their bourbon chickens, and they had to cook it from raw. Being a manager in the food industry, I find it incredibly displeasing to be told my chicken is half precooked to save time. Doesn't sound very ServSafe to me! He also forgot my boyfriends breadsticks and told us he probably forgot because it's unusual, and told us that the breadsticks were no good anyways. He was wearing no name tag and looked like he just woke up. Unprofessional. Displeasing. I will never return to this location. The booth we were sat in had torn seats, and was very uncomfortable since I had shorts on. Also never received our candy in the blue lemonade. The food was good tho, nothing bad to say there. Applebee needs to regroup. Purchased a club sandwich yesterday. It looked good on the surface until I looked at the crust. It had mold around it. I can't understand why an owner or chef allow this to come out of their kitchen. The staff should know better that this can't happen. It takes a lot of money to invest in an establishment. Why would a owner take a chance of losing a customer over a slice of bread? This isn't my first bad experience. I decided to try them again after a long while of not being a customer. We went there in Father's Day, there was 6 of us at a table near the bar. At first the experience was good until the food started coming out. The steaks were cooked wrong for half of the group, 2 others their food finally came out, still missing the last persons food. The server came up and asked "is their anything else I can get for you all?" Our answer was yes. We missing food and refills. Her response was was "oh I'll check ". A few minutes later she came back and said "oh their working on it" still no refills on drinks. About 10 minutes go by the waitress comes back and asks the same question again. Our response was still the same, she leaves and comes back and says the same thing again. Another 10 minutes go by again, the same waitress comes back, we tell her that we want to talk to the mgr, her response was " I don't know were she is" we told her to find her. She leaves . 5 mins later the waitress comes out still no food or refills, we stopped her and said to her "where's the mgr at?" Her response was "oh she's in the bathroom " Well this went on for a few minutes. Finally the mgr came out to us and said "so I hear that you wanted to talk to me" we explained to her what the problem was and her response was "well I'm trying to fix it". We also told her that we'd shouldn't have to pay since these problems that we've had, she had no response and with a deer in the headlights look she'd walked away. Now I called they're 1800 number. And told them about this twice, finally the area supervisor called me and I'd told him about it, he was apologetic but never offered for replacement of meal, he also said that he'd would talk to the mgr read more

I typically enjoy Applebees and honestly I've been to this particular one and it wasn't that bad a year ago, but my visit today will prevent me from coming back. I waited fifteen minutes for anyone to even approach my table. The only reason someone came was because I used the little application tablet on the table to call server. The gentleman that came asked if anyone had come and that he would find our server. He came back and said he'd be our server and he attempted to make up for the lack of service. Unfortunately, he didn't pay attention too well as he ended up bringing me an extra kids meal I didn't even order. All the food was pretty much overcooked. The appetizer I got with my meal was chips and artichoke dip and the chips were way over cooked. My son's pizza was mush and the Fiesta chicken I got was pretty much mediocre. That was all fine until it was time to leave. We waited 20 minutes for the check becaise the application tablet on the table wouldn't even pull up my bill. Worst experience ever. read more

Not sure what happened to Applebees but I used to love it. I like the oriental chicken salad and that was taken off of the 2 for $20 menu. Today we stopped here for lunch and the waitress brought our appetizer of onion rings and forgot our drinks. She finally came back by so we reminded her then another 30 MINUTES LATER no food! My wife went back to the kitchen to find everyone standing around and she asked for a manager. The manager immediately brought out our food which was not hot anymore. My wife asked for her steak to be medium-well and it came out bloody. We ordered the 2 for $25 and I asked if I could substitute a side salad for one of my sides and she said sure. The lettuce looked like it was a month old. Well we got a $42 bill and we called the manager back over but he only dropped it to $19. After all they put us through I would have thought they would write it off. Definitely not gonna set foot in this place again if any Applebees. This location has a lot to improve on as far as training staff goes, including management. When we walked in Cardi-B was blasting (unedited), our appetizer took 20 minutes, when I approached a manager he told me to hang on and went to speak with his staff. There was a lot of literally running around from that manager checking on tables and making sure things were okay. He comped our appetizers, but when he explained what was the issue he blamed it all on his team members and that he didn't have the proper staff on for a $9000 sales night. Our waiter, Jay, kept his composure but I also saw him being silly with the hosts while he could've been helping other staff. The hosts could've been going around doing drink refills and helping servers too. After speaking with the manager, Red, it's clear the issues with this location go a lot further up than the management here. Jay is very trainable, so it Red it seems. They kept their composure but need to work on being a bit more formal when speaking with guests. I appreciate the steps taken to make sure our experience was okay, but as a restaurant manager I also know how to manage a staff on busy nights and this night was not busy. I hope corporate with spend the time and money to invest in training employees here. They will do great things given the right resources. read more

I just LOVE their happy hour. Their Sriracha Shrimp is something I actually crave and it is on the half priced list. Oh Yeah! This location has a ton of regulars in the bar that are a blast. I have always liked applebees so when i started a new job in the area i was excited to find that my fav place to eat was only a mile away. I have visited the establishment 4 times recently (once a week).EACH time i visited my meals were messed up. Either leaving ingredients on that i requested off, giving me the wrong food, or leaving me to sit at a table 20 mins without service (i was told that they did not see me sitting there even though they chatted and catered to the folks in front of me. Today was the worst day yet. I waited almost 20 mins for my soup and salad (i ordered the bottomless meal). Was not questioned if i wanted more food or drink, was snapped at when i requested more soup and after 15 more minutes i received the wrong soup. I calmly brought this to the bar tenders attention and she stated " i have 7 tables to attend". I requested my meal be changed to the single meal. She stated " i can get your soup to go (again never offering me more salad or tea) . I calmly told her i could not wait. This time she came back with the soup in less than 5 minutes. I might add that the manager was st the bar and oblivious to all that was happening or not happening because he was buy talking to an employee that came by to eat lunch on his day off. At face value, the restaurant seemed appealing. The menu boast variety and enough options to leave you conflicted with a choice. The rest of the restaurant absolutely fails to reflect that appeal. Within minutes my group was forgotten by our waitress. We were then given a different waitress that unfortunately followed the same pattern. There were hopes that the food would balance our service problem, but we ended up waiting over an hour for a small number of entrees and an appetizer. When the food finally arrived at the table, it was nothing more than absolutely disgusting. I could have expected mediocrity, but none of the meals arrived above room temperature and the appetizer might as well come straight from the fridge. I understand the delays in service times during rush hour, but when there are only four other tables in the restaurant, nothing is excusable. It would be a crime for me to recommend this dining experience to anyone, unless they enjoy a mouthful of disappointment and a possible trip to the emergency room. read more
