We order ahead and pickup food from this location on a regular basis. The food is good. The order is brought out promptly- one of the food runners is Tae, he is really polite and he is always on top of it. The parking lot has plenty of space and there are marked spots for curbside to go. We will continue to order from here and would recommend this location. read more

This was not our first choice for a Mother's Day dinner out. One place told us it would be an hour and a half to be seated. Really? Occupancy at 5 pm was less than a third. I hear McDonald's is paying $100 bonuses per week for attendance initiatives. Staffing shouldn't be an issue. Applebee's seated us right away. Service was not slow due to the holiday. The menu says it was disinfected after each use. The electronic device on each table has a sticker that says "This device is disinfected after each table use." It's nice to see their policy in writing than merely assuming. We ordered the Breadsticks with Alfredo Sauce for an appetizer. Guess who ordered that. The granddaughter ordered the Grilled Chicken & Spinach Alfredo Bowl and loved it. The grandmother ordered the Crispy Orange Chicken Bowl and loved it as well. I opted for the Double Crunch Shrimp and kept the sides it comes with being the coleslaw and the fries. The fries were a bit salty for me but then I'm on a salt free diet. A nice surprise under the fries were six more shrimp. The shrimp were good and none were left for a box to go home. The coleslaw was minuscule and dry. One good thing about chain restaurants now are the electronic devices on each table. We like being able to settle the check this way instead of waiting for a server to bring a paper receipt. These devices are compatible with swipe, insert and tap. They also print paper receipts or email your receipt. You can also use them to call your server to the table or order dessert. read more

I haven't ever really had a bad experience at this location. The one really deserving of one star is the location on east Washington At this location the staff is nice (not overly friendly. Which I enjoy) and the food is on par with other Applebees location food I've experienced. read more

Place was racist af! should've known how the experience was going to be because of the area we were in. . first off we went to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday, they were not even busy at all and soon as we walked in the person who sits people was acting all stressed out and everything, okay whatever fast forward to our waitress. she was rushing us to order food and kept calling my daughter a little boy when you can see clear as day she's a girl! here comes the manager asking ever single white person if they are okay and if there food is okay, and doesn't even bother to ask if we are okay i said yeah alright i see how this place is ... another thing the waitress is over here telling us that she combined our ticket with some other table ticket like wtf.... but anyways we end up paying our half of the ticket and we are getting ready to walk out, as we are walking out the manager literally CHASES us saying that we didn't pay our ticket ( and she had someone else's ticket in her hand) and once we showed her that she was wrong she just looked stupid af. and didn't have shit to say. we will never ever go there again. from the experience, to the food being horrible and the bathrooms being disgusting. i rate this place zero stars. and will never waste a penny there every again. it's crazy to think we are in 2025 and people act the way they do read more

We stopped in for dinner, from the hostess to the waitress, the staff was exceptionally friendly. I ordered the perfect margarita and 6oz sirloin. The margarita was very, very sweet and lacked the smoothness I was hoping for in a "perfect" margarita. The steak was cooked perfect and had excellent flavor. Garlic mashed potatoes were good but the green beans were mushy, and over cooked. My sis said the taco salad was great! The atmosphere was clean and sporty. Ewww...we didn't learn our lesson, clearly. Thinking we wanted something different to pick up locally for dinner, we thought we'd give Applebee's another chance. They have changed their Double Crunch Breaded Shrimp, and Double Yuck. Way to much freezer mushy breading and the shrimp is chewy. My broccoli was also almost raw. Hubs order a Chicken Fajati Roll up, and they messed it up as usual. Our sons plain hamburger was right for once, at least. read more

Yes it may just be an Applebee's but everything was good from the service, atmosphere to the food & drinks. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp (Iswitched the potatoes for grilled veggies) and added a bowl of tortilla soup. My wife had the Sweet & Savory Grilled Chicken plus the one Applebee's Halloween themed drinks. Overall everything was pretty good but for 40$ I felt like the portions were very small, the grilled veggies I subbed for were charged as an upgrade and I literally got 9, 1/5" slices of veggies and the bowl of soup was very weak. read more

It was busy at 6pm on a Friday, but our food and drinks were speedy and delicious! Our server, Ashley C, provided great service. I had a happy hour long island, salmon, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. They were all delicious. I love their long island and broccoli... I know a weird thing to love but I do. This is an Applebee's. If you've been to any Applebee's, then you've been to this Applebee's. When we visited, the place was really busy. Our server was very friendly and attentive despite the crowds. She got us our beverages and food quickly. I ordered a chicken wrap, and it was good but gave me a stomach ache later. (Or maybe it was the fried mozzarella sticks?) One of the interesting things about the menu at Applebee's is that they include nutrition and calorie information with each item. Horrible service per the manager. Came to the table with an attitude right off the bat. Couldn't order more than 3 of their specialty drinks when people seen at the bar have had NUMEROUS beers. Never was told there was a limit until after we had ordered the 3 limit. Came here to have a night with friends to keep ordering appetizers and drinks. So I can adjust the amount of hospitality I expect in a chain restaurant, especially of the caliber of an Applebee's, but I was particularly dissatisfied with the customer service received this evening at this Applebee's. There was quite the wait the day after Christmas and my boyfriend and I found a seat at the bar... I ordered an appetizer sampler and he ordered a burger. The bartender misunderstood me and thought I ordered boneless buffalo wings... I wasn't upset about it at all, I just let her know about it and never once did she apologize for the confusion or even try to smooth things over. Just just rang up my correct order and walked away like it was a hassle to her. My boyfriend didn't want to eat with out me so he waited as his food got cold. Again, the expectation for an Applebee's comes in to play here and the food was as fine as expected but the service could have been exceptionally better. Better hopes for next time as there isn't a lot offered in the area. read more

I LOVE this location! We went here for Valentines Day. Normally we would go to Greenwood, but we were in the area. The snow might have been in our favorite but it was very easy to get a table. I like how this location didn't have an extra room, giving more privacy where ever you were. We were seated by the door which some might not like but the music speaker was closer so we didn't have to hear other conversations or the TV. Our waiter was SO nice and they always give honest successions. The bourbon chicken was to die for! I don't think they had all of their dessert shooters on the menu but the hot fudge shooter was still a good choice on my part! All in all it was a great experience for the holiday. read more

I'm conflicted. So I'll give this 3 stars. Here's why: The service: The service was good. The hostess and waiter alike were quite friendly. The speed as to which I received my drink and food was pretty quick. The orders were correct. She was very patient with me as I reviewed the menu and decided on what I had wanted. When I requested things such as napkins or a new bottle of ketchup, she was more than happy to accommodate me. Cleanliness: From what I could see, the floors appeared to be relatively clean. The booth I sat at seemed pretty clean. The tables, silverware and plates all seemed fine. I didn't have any issues with receiving anything that appeared to be unclean. The food: This is where my confliction really stems from. The good things about the food, is that its cooked really well. I had ordered the mozzarella sticks and the bacon cheeseburger with the fries replaced (They use the term 'upgraded') with onion rings. The mozzarella sticks were cooked well. The cheese was nice and stretchy, as you come to expect from good mozzarella sticks. The breading was crisp, there was a nice crunch to it. However, it is unfortunately bland. They have no seasoning for the breading, resulting in a really plain tasting mozzarella stick. Which is unfortunate, because everything else about it was nice. It wasn't even really all that oily as some mozzarella sticks tend to be. The Onion rings were much the same. They were cooked even better than the mozzarella sticks were. There was a very satisfying crunch to these onion rings while the onion itself inside was juicy and tender. However, again, the batter that they were fried in contained no seasoning. Or at the very least, they were seasoned so little, that there was just no flavor to pair with the texture of these onion rings. Which is a shame. The bacon cheeseburger. The produce on this burger was nice. It had lettuce, onion, tomato, and I believe pickles on it. All of these tasted really nice. I can't claim if they were truly fresh or not, but the thought of them not being fresh did NOT cross my mind. I was very satisfied with the quality and taste of these add-ons. The bacon itself was also impressive. It was perfectly crisp while not being burnt or overcooked. This was easily the powerhouse of this burger, providing the most flavor. The beef patty itself, was cooked really well. It was nice and juicy, tender but still had a firmness to it. However, unfortunately, the meat itself was clearly not seasoned. The flavor of the patty itself was just utterly bland. Sad, because the chef who worked at the time clearly knows how to cook things properly. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience in the least. It was more disappointing than anything. This could easily have been 4 stars or 4.5 stars if the food I ordered had been seasoned. The mozzarella sticks, the onion rings, and my burger patty. If these things had received some proper seasoning, I very much would have loved my experience with the restaurant. read more

Mondays = burger specials. I think instead of $10, they're only $6. We like to go since it's usually less crowded than a weekend night, plus the burgers are good. I prefer the Cowboy Burger, but there are some other good options as well. If you want a shorter wait time (if there's a wait), sit in the bar at the round tables. Servers are friendly and the wait time is never super long. read more

A good Applebee's is a rare treat! Yes, Applebee's is a chain. But this particular location is a chain done right! The servers have always gone about and beyond. The food is fresh and hot. Love the sampler platters where you can have a variety of tastes for a reasonable price. Drinks are also just right. Don't be afraid to come here because it's a chain! read more

I'm not usually a salad fan but the Oriental salad is alsom. I went to the drive up and it was ready when I got there.

Overall I'd say it was average food was okay and the staff were somewhat friendly (when they actually were around) they could maybe step it up on cleanliness I had spots on my silverware and cups but overall not a bad place. read more

Came here with my brother and his wife. My sister-in-law and I ordered same meal but she wanted her steak medium and me medium rare. Neither steak was marked. We had to cut our steaks to realize we had each other's steak. Baked potato was lukewarm. Butter barely melting. Potato didn't come with chives I asked for so I reminded server. He brought out green onions. Broccoli was mushy. Server didn't stop by after food was delivered to see how things were. In fact we had to flag him down to ask for drink refill. Yeah, it's just your standard chain Applebee's. Food is decent, nothing really crave able. I like to go at lunchtime, sit at one of the tables in the bar and get some work done with their free Wi-Fi. It's super reliable and pretty speedy. The servers in the bar are always friendly, encourage you to spend as much time as you like, and quick with a refill. Visited this Applebees before Christmas with my family. Actually had the manager visit our table to thank us because when my 3 yr old began to act up I took her outside to calm her down. Used a brand new Am Ex business card for my purchase and headed home. Have used that card for NO other purchases and was contacted by American Express and told they had record from the charge at Applebees, but someone had used the card info to purchase nearly $1000 from Baby Gap. read more
