Longest part was waiting for them to box it up. Smaller store than the one next to the new hotel, but friendlier service. I joked with the guy that we'd be his fastest transaction all day. Door man said the same thing. Only downside is the traffic is horrendous here and it took 25 mins for a car to get to us that showed it should have arrived in 3 mins, then stuck in traffic, Which made us late for our lunch reservation. I didn't get a good look at the selection however I liked the layout of this store better. LV isn't known for their selection and affordability however it's a nice bag and I'm looking forward to putting it in circulation. Probably one of the more moderately priced bags in classic style.

Patient are their staff with their discerning customers. Wonderful it is! Fascinating history it has! CHEERS!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and provided us amazing customer service he was able to get us 3 crossbody bags, 3 totes and one wallet. We were so happy that they had the colors we wanted, and he packed them all so beautifully and even put a cellophane cover so our bags will not get wet. We thought the value was very competitive compared to Louis Vuitton. But we definitely saved a lot because we are tax-free doing the Vat claim which they can process downstairs and all you have to do is scan it at the airport on your departure day. Overall, great shopping experience!

The men's section was one of the largest I have seen with this brand, so this is where I spent the majority of my time. Service - The team is so professional and experienced. I have not been a customer for a while, but when in France... Don't worry, my wife and daughter are loyal customers! Service always improves when they discover we are loyal customers, lol.

Do you still have a cafe here? The offices are on the top floors, floors 3 and 4. Service - Gabriel, a good "kid"/ intern; 5 stars. He is a finance major. Too bad he was only allowed to help us on the top floor as my wife tried to get him to come downstairs so he could get all the credit for all our sales. There was about a 15 min wait to get in and the process was pretty quick since I knew exactly what I wanted. During my visit, once in a sales associate came to assist right away. While they didn't have the black cherry, she offered the taupe and red clay-- I decided on the red clay and actually love it! Things to note: If visiting from outside of France and aiming to do a tax refund, make sure to have your physical passport on hand. Also to note, they don't accept AMEX for payment. Additionally, a physical card must be used for my sans contact/ApplePay friends. Not sure if it's just this location or Poléne. Overall, super happy with the handbag. I wish I'd also gotten the Cyme for more everyday use but will have to when next in Paris.

When I walked into the store, it was fairly small. Again, if you look at their website their inventory is small so the store was small as well. The displays were very appealing and organized. My SA, Louise was really helpful and attentive to my needs. I knew I wanted a zip pochette 30. I also wanted a daily battle tote in 32. I couldn't decide if I wanted a navy or black one. And to throw me for a loop Louise showed me the DB with yellow trim on it and I ended up with the black db with the yellow trim and got the matching zip pochette. I've used my bags and I absolutely love them and have gotten compliments every time I take them out. I regret not getting other pieces while I was there.
