Apple Store's have changed drastically during the COVID-19 pandemic and in the aftermath, in France, The UK and the US I've noticed the following - Compulsory masks - if you are exempt/refuse to wear one you will be denied entry - Compulsory hand gel on arrival - You must queue separately for the store or Genius Bar, state why you want to enter the store and be escorted in by a staff member - Temperature checks, if you display a high temperature you will be banned from entering (again Paris is really hot especially in the Summer, often coming close or topping 100 degrees Fahrenheit so is temperature really a good way of testing here?) The store staff seem friendly, they followed policy by a staff member escorting me in after a short wait outside, after he helped with my question he was happy to just leave me to it and take a look around the store, as I was able to relax and check my emails in the Today At Apple area which still had some seating. The part of the store with some Apple devices seemed a little small but the interior of the exterior of the store both remained stunning. Prices are slightly cheaper for devices compared to back home in the UK too! 4*

This is also one of the locations that does the embossing so it is, of course, very busy. On both visits the staff was fine; helpful, but not overly friendly, but also not rude. Marc was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent guidance. I would go there again.

I was just walking down a random street and popped into this shop because I saw that they looked…read morelike they might repair phones and I was desperate to replace my iphone 5 battery. I went in and was surprised by how fair the pricing was! I paid only 25 euros for my battery to be replaced with a brand new one and it's working great! It used to die after like an hour of use and now I had it fully charged last night and it has lasted me all day. I'm so happy! I also purchased a tempered glass screen protector there and it's really nice :) I'm very happy with their services here and I would recommend going there to anyone. They also fix screens, sell other mobile phone accessories, and they have computers in the back where people can pay a small fee to use the internet. Their prices seemed very fair to me. Back in the US I paid around 75 euros at a similar shop to have my screen fixed on an iPhone 4s and this shop did it for around 35 euros I think... That's a massive difference! Not one asked whether I required assistance, had a question, or was perhaps looking for something in particular. I moved through the space like a ghost who had not yet been informed of his own irrelevance. I am a man who has admired Louis Vuitton for a long time. Purchased from Louis Vuitton. Returned to Louis Vuitton. There was loyalty there -- the kind built over years and transactions that add up to something resembling a relationship. But as any Frenchman will tell you, a relationship neglected is a relationship lost. When one party stops making the effort, the other party eventually stops returning. I have, since this visit, found my way to a Christian Dior boutique -- specifically, the one at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. There, a woman named Bleuenne, who appeared to be managing the floor, greeted me without hesitation, asked if she could help, smiled as though she meant it, and treated me as though my presence in her store was not merely tolerated but genuinely welcomed. I left. I came back to get her name. She was still doing it. I share this not to wound, but to illuminate. Place Vendôme is one of the most storied addresses in the world. The Maison that bears your name upon it deserves a floor that reflects that address -- not one where a guest can wander unacknowledged until they quietly decide that perhaps their loyalty belongs somewhere else. You know, they say you never truly appreciate what you have until it is gone. Louis Vuitton, it seems, is willing to test that theory -- and judging by the floor I walked through, I suspect I am not the only one being tested. And as any man who has ever been left by a woman he adored will tell you -- the heart, when sufficiently ignored, does not wait forever. It finds new company. It moves on. Door man said the same thing. Only downside is the traffic is horrendous here and it took 25 mins for a car to get to us that showed it should have arrived in 3 mins, then stuck in traffic, Which made us late for our lunch reservation. I didn't get a good look at the selection however I liked the layout of this store better. LV isn't known for their selection and affordability however it's a nice bag and I'm looking forward to putting it in circulation. Probably one of the more moderately priced bags in classic style.

There was about a 15 min wait to get in and the process was pretty quick since I knew exactly what I wanted. During my visit, once in a sales associate came to assist right away. While they didn't have the black cherry, she offered the taupe and red clay-- I decided on the red clay and actually love it! Things to note: If visiting from outside of France and aiming to do a tax refund, make sure to have your physical passport on hand. Also to note, they don't accept AMEX for payment. Additionally, a physical card must be used for my sans contact/ApplePay friends. Not sure if it's just this location or Poléne. Overall, super happy with the handbag. I wish I'd also gotten the Cyme for more everyday use but will have to when next in Paris.

Ice DMed them twice on instagram and still nothing. They were once amazing when you could only buy their products in the store in Paris (where I bought both of mine). Now that they pump themselves online, they are complete rubbish. Stay away. You can see dozens of the same comments on their instagram posts. All of them asking where is my repair? Where is customer service? Compete garbage for thousands of dollars in purchases.
