I spent several hours trying to reinstall my operating system and hit several errors. I called other places in town that said it would be $80-100 and take a day. Apple repair did it for $20 and it was done in less than 45 mins. Please do not ask how many hours I spent watching tutorials and trying to figure it out on my own. These guys are good ... wouldn't consider going anywhere else with an Apple product problem until they've looked at it. Wife's phone went to a black screen. We went to the Apple help line and after running through several drills with no success they suggested we take the phone to our service provider (No Apple store in St George). Before heading to Verizon I stopped by AR&M. In a short time they had it up and running and there was no charge. These is the second time they've helped us with an issue, the first was helping us with an older MAC computer. read more

These guys are so so so awesome. I recommend them to everybody. I've been in a bunch of times and every time is a treat. Once i went in because my iPhone was not charging because there was lint in the port and they dug it out with a special tool and handed it back to me no charge. The most recent time i left my phone on the rear bumper of my car and found it later in the middle of the street with the screen demolished and tire treads on the back. I took it in thinking i was up the creek with no paddle and they said "yeah i can fix that give me 30 minutes" and i was astonished. At such a reasonable price too. It was awesome. Don't even bother with the mac store. You won't get this level of prompt service, honesty, or free soda that you would get here. read more

I called almost every place I could find around the St George area to fix my iPhone 11 screen. Every place told me it was going to cost $220+ and take at least 2 hours to fix. I scratched the idea of fixing my phone and decided to just wait until it was time to upgrade with my carrier. I dropped my phone again making the screen worse. I decided I needed to fix it due to how bad the damage was. I called Apple Repair and More for a shot in the dark, hoping it was more around the $200 mark and didn't take 3 hours out of my day to get it fixed. Victor told me it would be significantly less and would only take about 30 minutes! Awesome service when I got in and to his promise, it was finished in no longer than 20 minutes and also saved me $50-$70! I will never get my phone fixed by Apple ever again! I have been coming here for over a year now for my phone, my wife's phone, my sons phone and my moms phone (yes, we sometimes break our screens!) and the service is always fantastic. I called this shop today because I needed the rubber feet on the bottom of my Macbook Pro replaced. I could barely understand the person who answered the phone, partly due to a thick accent, and partly due to street noise. I was told they only repair iPhones, and that their technicians are very busy. The person said they do not repair Mac computers at this time. read more

Went there today December 12, 2017. My phone would occasionally freeze and would not text.Three hours later, my phone could not even be opened. The "tech" said he might be able to reconfigure it, but if I had not saved my information in "the cloud", I would loose all of the data that I have imputed over three years in my contact section as well as photos etc. If I knew about "the cloud", I might have avoided this business and retained a troublesome phone rather than no phone at all.
