Got apple care. Broke screen. Went into store and got an appointment for another appointment. Then was told to come back tomorrow. So, this was an appointment that led to another appointment, and then a request for another appointment the following day. 4 waisted hours later, no repair. All of this could have been explained early in the day. I don't recommend Apple care. Just go to an independent screen repair person. They'll treat you better and they'll get you done in 20 minutes for less than the cost of Apple care. read more

Today at Apple was probably one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. The store was very slow, with only about three to four customers in the store and roughly five Apple employees on the floor, not including managers. When I walked in, there were already about three employees standing at the front as usual. I waited patiently near the area where I wanted to purchase my device, expecting someone to greet me or offer assistance. I understand that many people walk into Apple stores just to browse, and not everyone is there to make a purchase. However, a good sales team and store management should recognize that every customer who walks in deserves to be greeted and offered proper assistance, regardless of whether they plan to buy something or not. Today, I genuinely felt mistreated. I strongly felt that I was judged based on appearance and completely overlooked. Even after all of the other customers had been helped and there were more than enough employees available, no one came over to assist me. What was even more frustrating was seeing employees standing around, talking with each other instead of helping customers. It felt very unprofessional. Eventually, I had to go out of my way and approach an associate myself just to get help with the item I wanted to purchase. I remained professional and respectfully informed the associate that I had been waiting for quite some time without any assistance. As a loyal customer, I feel it is important to voice my concerns. If customers do not speak up about experiences like this, customer service will never improve. Apple is a company known for its reputation and high standards, which is why this experience was so disappointing to me. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously so situations like this can be improved in the future. March 9, 2026 - 7:20 PM read more

Great I don't have any other words except Josh was so nice he helped me out so much. I bought iPhone 1

I had an issue with a used iPhone 16 Pro I bought still having a passcode on it. The employee here, Netti (sp?), saw me walk in, asked if I needed assistance, and helped immediately fix my issue by talking to the seller on my phone and restoring the 16 Pro so that I could use it. He's a life saver, and the process was so easy and took less than 30 minutes. I've also been to this Apple Store to get my iPhone batteries replaced, discuss and sometimes fix issues with my Apple devices, or just browse new Apple technology. It's a gem in the Blossom Hill neighborhood, and I'm appreciative we have one so close to my home! read more

I like this Apple store because this mall isn't as busy as others in the Bay Area with Apple stores, although the store is still pretty busy on weekends. It's easy to pick up here. There are always copious amounts of Genius Bar appointment times available even on short notice. I went in recently and the Genius Bar employee that helped me was super nice and had good advice. Otherwise a standard Apple store! read more

This is hands down the only Apple store I'll go to. I've bad experiences at other locations, but this one is solid every time. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait long to be helped. I came in because my laptop was overheating while charging and in use. Asher was my tech--AMAZING. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He answered every question, and even though diagnostics showed nothing, he walked me through options and helped me upgrade to a new MacBook Air. Zero pressure, just honest help. You could tell Asher genuinely enjoys his job, which made the whole experience even better. Best part? I didn't have to spend my entire evening there--Asher transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one in record time. Efficient, painless, and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Jason and Matthew too--they were great. Apple is lucky to have people like this in their retail locations. Thanks guys for the amazing service! read more

When the Apple Store first opened, the stores were very inviting and staff seemed super helpful. Now, it feels like they are gatekeeping access. I came in for a warranty issue on my AirPods Pro. I arrived about 30 minutes after opening. As soon as I come in, I am immediately met at the door by a pleasant enough young lady. She registers me with the Genius Bar. After registration, it feels like they shoo you out of the store instead of inviting you in. My appointment at the bar was about 30 minutes out. I decided to go for a walk and was invited back by text message by the time I got 3 stores away. So in other words, there was no reason to leave. I turned around and returned and was directed to the bar. While sitting and waiting for someone to become available, I was approached in a somewhat unfriendly way asking if I had an appointment. It just feels uncomfortable, and it feels like they don't really want you there. The 2 stars are for the gentleman at the Genius Bar. He was friendly and helpful. read more

Holy Cow honestly one of the worst Apple Store experiences I've had. The employees acted like I was bothering them for asking simple questions, and nobody seemed to care about actually fixing the problem. I waited forever just to get passed between multiple workers who all told me different things. Super unorganized and stressful experience overall. I left more frustrated than when I came in. read more

The manager and tech support were horrible here. I had issues with an apple product and they would not even test the apple product themselves to verify the issue. It completely makes sense why this place has two stars with the manager thats currently in charge. They are a very poor representation for Apple. read more

Probably my favorite Apple Store because this location is easily accessible from the parking lot and not crowded at all so you can walk in and do your pickup in a few minutes! You park by Cheesecake Factory and enter through the doors by the food court. You follow your nose to the buttered popcorn towards the movie theater and you walk right to it! I ordered my product online and within minutes of entering the store, they hand you your goodies and you're on your way. No fuss, not muss. You will probably spend more time looking for a parking spot than time inside but the trick is to go early when the mall first opens so there are plenty of spaces. read more

Spotty service. The person who checked me in and then worked on intaking my iPhone display issue for Genius Desk service was phenomenally friendly and service-minded. The person who later returned the serviced phone to me - not so much. For some reason, some service agents at this store tend to be short and impatient with customers - it's really too bad excellent customer service is not consistently a priority here. read more

Horrible service, took my phone in to get a swollen battery swapped out at their genius crew's recommendation for free because of manufacturer defect. When I went in to pick it up I was returned a phone with the screen separated from the body, no new battery and told it would cost me $459 to get the battery replaced. I asked to just get my phone returned the way I dropped it off with the screen connected and I was told they could not do anything unless I paid the $459. Worst service ever!!!! read more

Time to upgrade my iPhone! It's been three years. I wanted the iPhone 17 Pro Max so I tried to reserve it online and it told me that wasn't possible. OK. I took a chance and came to the store and right away, I'm greeted by friendly people who want to help! Yes, absolutely. They have the phone in stock and I can leave with it today! I'm handed off to an order specialist who processes my order in under five minutes. So far, we are setting a record for speed and friendliness. Phone in hand I am moved back to the folks who handled the phone migration. These people are smart and skilled. In no time at all, my phones are talking to each other and migrating into the new phone. The workers are friendly and engaging and I'm feeling good about my expensive purchase. I decide to get a case and the worker takes care of that as well. I strike up a conversation with a retired gentleman next to me who's doing the same thing and we talk for about 20 minutes while our phones work some magic. Before I know it I'm done and out the door with my phone in case in a very nice little bag. This was an incredibly positive buying experience. They just shows me why Apple's market cap is so high. I only wish I could've chosen and reserved the phone online to know that it would be there waiting for me. read more

Apple Store in Oakridge Shopping Center Westfield mall. When on occasion needing of service repair I would do so scheduling online appointment before coming in store. Other times I drop in walking in for any accessory purchase of "paid" for items that I am receiving of receipt for of my purchase. This store gets busy, so come prepared to wait. Cause, when I arrive there had been times since 2018-2025 which I've waiting for long periods of time just to get serviced without appointment. If appointments something drastic has happened. Normally I'm traveling as self, or other times I'm with my children. I have not recommended store to anyone. But, location is convenient to come to for pick up any needed so items to help you work more efficiently. -Christina read more

My experience at the Oakridge Genius bar yesterday where I had to transfer data from my old Apple SE to my new 17 ProMax was so great and easy that I actually had so much fun being there. This is due to my first 2 technicians Sean and Jervie who took over when Sean had to leave for his computer and engineering classes. Sean even knew just how to transfer my hearing aids over & easily transfer 30 apps over wthout resetting anything on my phone. Jervie helped me add my face instead of having to use my passcode all the time, added camera control, using visual intelligence, & customizde the action button, & the lock button, She transferred my Apple Care & helped me decide on the best case and screen protector. JC took over & helped me set up my text messaging. These 3 amazingly talented technicians made this a great experience. This Apple Store really rocks! read more

my screen wasn't working on my iPhone, an issue I've had with a couple iPhones in the past. What I've been told before is that a wire to the display comes loose and that's why the visibility of the screen is distorted. Apple told me the repair would be $350. My phone is old, but I need an access to it for work stuff and it just seemed too complicated and long to get a new phone driving into work work with IT to get my phone updated so that I could access my computer etc. etc. whatever, I decided to just pay the $350. I picked up my phone. They told me that my back camera wasn't working and that it would be another $250 to fix. I was irritated that I was only finding that out upon picking up the phone, and the genius bar chick had the audacity to tell me, "well it all would've been covered by AppleCare". oh really? The last time I had this issue with my phone, AppleCare didn't cover it, which is why I canceled my AppleCare. On top of that, I would've paid more in AppleCare than the $350 I paid out of pocket since I've had this phone for like four years now. And on top of that, I took my phone home and the back camera DOES work. Anyway, long story short, I'm pretty sure these people are liars and criminals. They must work on commission if they're willing to make up stories about supposed nonworking parts, and pressure to purchase crappy applecare coverage. read more

Friendly and very helpful never rude helpful on so many things. Very clean store and nice

A few weeks ago, I went to this Apple Store because my battery wasn't lasting long the charge port on my iPhone 13 was worn out. They ran a test and found my battery to be operating at 80% and suggested a new battery. They tested my charge port and found it to be operating okay and offered to clean the charge port. $100 repair which sounded reasonable enough to me. The battery was replaced and they were able to remove some grit from the charge port. Over the next few days I noticed my charge port was functioning worse and headphone didn't work any more. Also, the new battery didn't last as long as my old battery it replaced and the phone now gets hot when being charged. It also gets really hot and would go dim while watching videos. I also I notice my screen had some burn in (something I never noticed before) about two weeks after replacing the battery. Today, I went back to the Apple Store to get help with my phone, I informed the associate that my new battery was worse than my old battery and that my charge port was not working well, I inquired about replacing the charge port. The associate helping me noticed my screen had a slight burn in. He asked if I had replaced the screen before, outside of Apple. I let him know that my screen broke a few years ago and that my Verizon insurance provided a new screen. He proceeded to tell me that I needed a new phone because my screen was not an original Apple product. I told him I wasn't worried about the slight burn in on my screen, I simply wanted to know if they could fix the charge port. He told me no they could not. I asked him if the charge port was a serviceable item, he told me no it was not because someone outside of Apple had replaced the screen. I then rephrased the question and asked "Is a replacement charge port available for this phone? " and rephrased the question again "Is the charge port a replaceable item or is it part of the motherboard or whatever you call it?" He told me no it was not because someone else had worked on the phone. I decided that he must not be understanding the question. I asked for a manager. Another person came and the associate took him aside to have a "chat". This new person then approached me and asked how he could help. I greeted him and then stated my issue and asked the question again, "my charge port is worn out, is it possible to replace the charge port or do I need a new phone?" He said "you need a new phone". I replied "okay, thank you for answering the question." He immediately replied " Shall I get you to a sales person?" I declined and said I need to decide which phone I want. As I walked out of the store, I then did what I should have done in the first place. I googled "iPhone 13 replacement charge port". It's a $15 dollar part and most cell phone repair places can do the repair. I simply didn't know if the phone was repairable or if I needed a new phone. The associates at the Apple Store in Oakridge mall either didn't know the answer or didn't want to bother to find out or worse simply wanted to sell me a new phone that I didn't need. I suppose I will just buy a new phone at this point considering the new battery doesn't work very good and I don't think I'll get anywhere on that issue either...won't be buying from this Apple Store though. Bit of a bummer read more

I had an uncomfortable visit at the Apple Store. I asked to speak to the manager yet he was the manager. ( R J ) He was very disrespectful accusing me, and my husband of stealing our son's iPhone 11. My son had upgraded phones and switched his iPhone 11 to his father for some reason he was not able to download anything on the phone which was the reason why we were there in the first place.
