Went here for them to look at my air pod pros which are having tech issues. Called Apple support and they told me to go in to the Cherry Creek location and they could certainly help me. Paid $16 for parking, took 30 minutes to get to the Apple store, medical issues. I then went in and i was told by a rude employee I would have to come back tomorrow night because "no one could help." There were 4 guys who worked there up front doing NOTHING. I asked if one of them could run the test since they were not helping customers and the guy said nope you can only come in if you make an appointment online. They weren't even busy. Hands down the worst Apple Store I've ever been into. Booked an appointment to have my right AirPod pro fixed under warranty. Had the same problem with my left one a couple months ago and there were no problems replacing it under warranty at an Apple Store back in Canada. After watching one gentleman fail to figure out what to do, a second person quickly looked and said that dust at the bottom of the charging case was dust. He claimed this voids the warranty as its "water damage" even though there has been no water in them! I thought these headphones were supposed to have great warranty in the first year. Once again another example why I'll be moving away from Apple entirely. I would encourage everyone else to consider doing the same. read more

Apple has been terrible. I show up early to my appointment. Was seen about 20 minutes after my appointment time. I was then told my Applecare+ was not valid and to call Apple directly. After being on hold with Applecare+ they verified I had coverage for my phone within 3 minutes of calling. I was not able to go back into the store and was told to make another appointment. Went here for two things and left without any of them being satisfied. Came in for a scheduled appointment. Everything was running smoothly until we ran into the "what's the better deal" issue. Keenan was doing his absolute best to give us a rundown on the deal, promotion gift card and student discounts etc. The entire process was overwhelming therefore he requested help from a "high tech" associate. Associate "Courtney" approached us with a sickening attitude and jumped into conclusions thinking we were giving Keenan a hard time, whole time we all wanted a clearly understanding of the bill rundown including Keenan himself. Courtney addressed us with the "Do you guys not get it or am I not explaining myself correctly" as she starts rolling her eyes and grasping the products away from us. We went here with a positive attitude and mindset to purchase new products and yet still left empty handed simply because of the way we were approached/treated . We did ask to speak to a manager who was actually really understanding however "Courtney" was eye balling us the entire time. The manager Corey explained to us what Courtney wasn't able to in the matter of 5 minutes. I'm disgusted by the way some Apple employees treat you simply because they assume your economical status or purchase likeliness. Courtney had NO patience not a welcoming attitude. The Apple Store decides to open at 12 pm instead of 10:( Frustrating when you drive 1hr round trip to get to the store when it opens. While they have a good amount of workers here, you cannot buy anything without setting up an appointment first. So think of my horror when I arrive to buy a phone today, there were at least 5 free people not helping anyone, and one of the workers tells me I would not be able to buy anything today as there aren't any appointments left. I thought this was because of covid yet they still had an influx of people wandering in. All these people in the store just browsing. Makes no sense at all. read more

I love Apple, and we just came here for the sh--s and giggles. Lots of smiley faces, and we came to this particular location to just say hello at the peak of their closing hours. Robert, the sales associate was offering hiring positions for part time job seekers, and even welcomed us in after they were warning others of closing for the night. We ended up having heart-melting convos, and I felt like this location left a good taste in my mouth. The store is the typical Apple Store with the shiny, generic white walls and apple logos everywhere. The aisles are filled with the latest models of Apple watches, the expected iphones and the crowds of people excited to charge their dying phones by a corner. The vibe is nice, Apple is constantly in their own world and offering some of the most pleasant interactions ever. Which I am a fan of 100% of the way. read more

I went in yesterday to buy 2 sets of airpod pros and while I was shopping one of the sales associates called me out and told me I had to standing on the opposite side of the table which I kindly moved over. Then when I was looking at the air pods another guy came up to the same spot and nothing was told to him, another sales associate started to help him. I talked to the guy and told him are you going to tell him the same thing and he blew me off. He saw what was happening and didn't say anything. It was very wrong what you guys did to me, I felt this was because how I was dressed or hopefully not my skin color. The genius bar is appointment only for obvious reasons, but I need my phone to access my work computer (2-factor authentication) and couldn't wait for an appointment. I made an appointment at this Apple Store to replace the battery on my iPhone. Unfortunately, I was about 10 minutes late to that appointment. I spoke with a friendly greeter who checked me in. I waited roughly 5 minutes before an associate was helping me. The associate was very friendly. He talked me though the process and warranty information. He did not try to upsell me to a new model iPhone, which I was very appreciative of. It took roughly 30 minutes before the battery was replaced. When I returned, I checked in with a third person and waited 2-3 minutes before a fourth associate returned my phone and checked me out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and the process was overall painless. read more

I've had nothing but terrible experiences at this Apple store. The employees are rude condescending and unkind every time I go in. I've been trying to upgrade my phone through the upgrade program and have gone in three times now to try and do so. every time the employees have talked down to me treated me as if I am an idiot Well trying to ask simple basic questions. The final time I came in to try and trade in and but a new phone they told me it was going to be over a 2.5 hour wait and then "maybe" they would be able to get to me. to sell me a phone. MAYBE if I waited around for hours they would allow me to literally spent hundreds of dollars at their store?!? while multiple employees stood around doing nothing they had a line of customers also waiting to spend hundreds of dollars on their products?!? I was first in line this morning for the last day of their sale. I got there at 9:30 am, store opened at 10 am. The website still offered walk in sales. Others in line did NOT have "reservations", but got a sales associate. I was offered an afternoon time (can't do it) or a time tomorrow morning ( I could have made it) but the sale price would not be honored. I don't like the hunger games they used on opening, as others who arrived after I did got assisted. Management needs to control the flow better. read more

Brand new phones camera stopped working. They determined it's a hardware issue and refused to replace the phone without trying to replace the camera first which had a 2 day turn around time. I can't go without my work phone for 2 days or camera when I use the camera for work. If they want to make righting their errors inconvenient and costly (time and energy) they do a great job at it. I know that guy could have put himself in my shoes and replaced my phone so I don't have to take half a day off to come back and be without my phone during that time. Best part is when I asked to talk to the manager I used air quotes when I said "genius" bar because calling yourself a genius is tacky and arrogant, and he got really butt hurt and told me the air quotes aren't necessary. Doesn't take a genius to know you're probably not a genius if you're a retail hourly employee. If they wouldn't have acted so arrogant and mighty about refusing me a replacement phone as if that's the power of god I wouldn't have used air quotes read more

The people in this Apple Store are the best I've worked with in the 10+ years I've been going to Apple Stores. The following is the worst experience I have ever had there, and THEY made it okay. The situation: I speak to Apple phone support about a extended service repair program for my father's 2012 iMac (hinge broken). I assume I am past the deadline, but what the heck - I call anyway - to find that I am covered! The phone support guy makes me an appointment at Cherry Creek... all seems good. Next, I bring the machine in to be told that "NO", it is not covered under the extended repair program, and the phone support person was wrong. They offer to pay for the service, if I will pay for the parts. I won't lie - I was mad at this point, and replied no - not paying for anything. I ask to speak to a manger to file a complaint about the overall poor experience. Meanwhile, the Manager and Genius dig deeper, finding the phone support notes in my case file. The phone support agent made an honest math error, BUT he also detailed everything he did and said to me (kudos to him too!). Because of this the Cherry Creek staff gave me a free repair. SO - even without the notes they were *still* willing to discount the repair, and with the notes they wrote it up as "improper expectations set" and gave the repair for free. That was the worst experience I've ever had at this store, and the Cherry Creek staff did everything they could to make it okay. I'll always go to this store - they have the best people. read more

I hate this store. I've never had worse customer service in my life. I highly recommend skipping here, and going to Aspen Grove or Park Meadows. Cherry Creek must make it a prerequisite to be an asshole, before hiring prospects. I've seriously never had a cool "Genius" in all of the years I've gone here. Absolutely useless. I had to go into the store three times for one single problem that did not get fixed. The iPad that I brought in is still under warranty, however, they still won't replace it even when provided with proof of the problem. They, instead, sent me on a wild goose chase to try and fix the problem myself to avoid honoring their warranty. read more

I'm not happy with this Apple Store. I had to purchase a product without any help from the MULTIPLE red shirts walking around (even several who looked me in the eye without asking if I need help). Rob has the friendliest demeanor and I just settled in and listened as Rob went over great suggestions to take advantage of sunlight, inside lights, pano shots and videos. if i could rate a 0, i would. i've been to this location a handful of times. every-time i come in, im instantly reminded why i avoid it. i've had apple for years, it's the only manufacturer for phones i use. i will always order online or go to Park meadows because of my experiences here. i made an appointment to get my phone serviced. upon arriving, (i came early because i know how busy they can get) i was not greeted. i wasn't even glanced at. after standing around for about 5 minutes i go to the person who seems welcoming (there were large group of employees who were having conversations that were very obviously not work related.) after he told me to speak to a technician, the next person i spoke to brushed me off (saying i'll be right back). i waited some more time before asking another person who was just standing around to be told "hold on, we'll be with you". people who entered the store after i did were being helped while i waited, no one i spoke to asked my name or what i was there for. i wasted 25 minutes of my time being brushed off and ignored before leaving to Park Meadows. they have a clique vibe which is not intuitive if your working in customer service. your employees should be welcoming and willing to help EVERYONE. it seems like this store is more concerned with helping lighter skinned people rather than everyone who enters their store, which is a very large difference compared to their location in Park meadows. that was truly an terrible experience considering i had to pay for parking and wasting my time with an appointment. read more

These guys replaced the entire back of my iPhone for zero charge after I dropped it, took around 5 hours between waiting in line to the technician fixing it, but for a free service that was a fair trade. They even provided me with a SIM card so I wouldn't have to purchase a new one at T-Mobile. This store was a huge help in solving a big headache despite the wait-time. read more

Due to Covid-19 they have a line to get in to the store for reservations and Apple individually hired a third party company, Denver Metro Protection, to maintain. When I arrived a security door woman was there who asked me "Do you have an appointment?" I said "yes" then got in line and another security door man came and got in my face confronting me trying to fight me for answering quickly and walking past the first woman to get in line which I did due to the state law regarding 6ft distance between any person who doesn't live in your household to protect people from Covid-19 which this man disregarded not only my health, but his as well by getting in my face to the point where is saliva got on me. Not only was he confrontational in an unprofessional manner, but this young man was trying to fight me using nuances such as "what are you tryna do?!" "Who are you?!" and others. Brought my phone here for a known IPhone 7 issue that affects 10% of these phones after an update renders them completely unable to use. Supposedly Apple is fixing the issue for free but charged me $150 to replace the phone with new IPhone 7 because of slight cosmetic damage to the corner of the phone. This is irritating in itself but I agreed to pay the fee for a brand new phone. I went to pick up the brand new phone today. Instead they give me my old phone repaired. I tried to explain to Andrew that this should have been replaced not repaired and we did not agree to spend $150 for a repair that I would never had done if it had not been for Apple's update issue. He was incredibly rude and says to me "I can repeat myself yet again but I would rather not.." We then ask to speak to a manager while Andrew stands beside him laughing in our faces while we explain the issue to the manager. The bottom line is not only did I pay for an issue caused by Apple but I'm met by one of the most rude people I have ever come across. It's nice to know how money hungry apple is. I will say the manager Erik did make it right by giving us a new phone as was promised in the initial encounter. read more

You cannot tell customers that you are "unable" to assist them because they do not have an appointment when there are multiple employees twiddling their thumbs. Though you have "capacity restrictions" your goal should be to help customers and not turn them away from purchasing items.
