Is there a zero star option? Had the WORST experience with this store. I have been there 3 times in the past 30 days for the same recurring issues. Staff is beyond incompetent and after running (and passing) all diagnostics, they still would not give me a new phone. Also, they still do not know the issue or how to fix it. They used my camera and display to transfer to a "new device" which is not new. The staff informed me that this is apple's new way of saving cost. They still do not know if this will fix the issue but said they have to do this before anything else to rule out all hardware issues. It has already passed all hardware diagnostics, so why not just replace the entire phone? They said it is most likely a software issue.... Additionally, they verbally told me 2 hours for repair but they put into their system that it would not be ready for 3 hours. I could go on about the horrible staff, lackluster customer service, and blatant incompetence....but I need to go set up my phone since it was wiped and is still having the same issues. Please train the staff on how to actually troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. To close, I will be contacting this store for them to validate the 12 dollars I have paid in parking since my second visit. Do yourself a favor and go to another store or just go on youtube. I guarantee youtube has better troubleshooting than these "technicians." The absolute worst customer service experience. Staff is useless, I really cannot mention that enough. Review 11/10/17 I would highly recommend making an appointment online, so based upon that recommendation, here is my review: Overall I am satisfied with the service I received at this location when my 7plus started acting wonky. I was able to do a factory reset in store and when that did not fix the issues, manager Jermey was able to further help me troubleshoot and find a solution. The Apple brand must be getting arrogant if they can treat long-time customers so poorly. We stopped by on Monday, told them we wanted to upgrade our phone and get Apple watches. The guy told us to stand at "that table over there" and said it would be about 10 minutes, then proceeded to assign next available staff to help customers who came in while we were waiting. 20 minutes later, no sign we were on anyone's list, so we left. If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by in a hurry to buy a charging cable and a block for my iPhone. The person at the door sent me to the back of the store to look for the products while they were sitting on a table out in the open. When I finally made my selection I went to pay and the person who took care of me didn't look me in the eye and was speaking to someone else the entire time. I went to make my final decision on an iPad w/ cellular, either 9th or 10th generation or a mini. I have an iPad Pro, an iPhone SE, and an Apple Watch so I generally like the products. I explained that my circumstances were unusual and I requested some help with a specific use. I am traveling to Turkey, Bulgaria and Albania this fall and want to take an iPad instead of my phone. Castro was the fellow's name who came to assist me. When I asked about e-sim capabilities he stated that it will be on the iPhone 14 and insisted that it was not available with the iPads yet. I asked him to confirm this because this was contrary to my research. He confirmed. I then pulled up the Apple website and showed him I was confused because it said clearly that the I-Pad had e-sim capability. He did not yield even when presented with information to the contrary. I asked him to find someone to help me that may be able to give me a more accurate answer. In front of a manager, he said that he said no such thing and that I misunderstood him. Okay, my questions were not common and I do not expect everyone to know about taking an iPad to Albania, but to be stubbornly wrong, not admit it, not be concerned with finding the correct answer, ultimately calling me a liar in front of a supervisor is beyond the pale. I went to Best Buy where I met a very knowledgeable salesperson who when confronted with a question he did not know, proceeded to find out the answer. Guess where I bought my iPad. read more

I've used Apple for the past four years, buying the newest MacBook, Apple Watch, iPad, and iPhone nearly every other year. I have AirPods and AirPods Max. Yet now, I'm deciding to switch from Apple because of how incredibly horrible their products and customer service is becoming: I'm not one to ever write reviews, and when I do, they are good reviews, yet I don't think I've ever hated a company so much before. Initially, a glitch in my Apple ID resulted in it deleting all of my contacts. After weeks calling Apple support back a fourth, they concluded that there was nothing they could do. I would need to wait for another update. They said they would send a gift card as an apology. I received nothing, and my near 200 contacts still were deleted. Then, I recently went to the Apple Store in Cherry Creek. I had purchased an iPad for my grandmother, and it said it would be ready for pickup. When I arrived on time, I waited an hour only to be told that the iPad was "still processing" due to a glitch in their system. They explained that I could purchase it again there and pick it up in a separate order, and that they would cancel the other order the next day. They wrote down my contact information. A week from then, I found that they did not cancel the order and it charged my bank account twice, resulting in an overdraft fee. I called Apple Support and they said that it would take an additional 5 days before receiving the refund. This is ridiculous. Then, I purchased an iPhone 14 pro for college (going to Stanford next year), after my previous iPhone 12's battery life became so bad it died and crashed nearly every day. I received it, and began set up. When I entered the correct password to my Apple ID, it said problem connecting to Apple Servers. When I did it again, it prompted me to reset my password. It asked then for a verification code sent to all my Apple devices. I checked all my devices (MacBook, iPad, old iPhone, and Apple Watch). I received nothing. I updated them all. I still received no notification. I called Apple Support, waited for 30 minutes, and they then explained that I had to start an account recovery. It took 24 hours, and I had a flight to Canada the same day. Both my phones were now dysfunctional because I couldn't access any apps on my new iPhone 14 Pro, or transfer my cellular plan back to my iPhone 12 Pro. I had to travel through the airport with no phone. 24 hours later, I got an email that said account recovery was processing and I would receive a notification in 5 days, in addition to the 24 hour wait period. I'm now in Canada, without a functional phone. The only reason I have been able to contact people has been through the business line left on my old phone. I'm leaving this ecosystem. And I just can't believe that a company I used to love so much has become so horrible. In adding up all the money I've spent on Apple over the past five years, it amounts to over $10,000. It is truly tragic to see a company that seemed to stand for creativity and innovation degraded to the point of an ugly monopoly. As soon as there is another class account lawsuit to Apple, I'll be the first to join. I'm selling my near $5,000 stock in Apple. And I'm done with you. Even when writing this review, my old iPhone 12 Pro ironically died after charging it to 100% 30 minutes earlier. read more

I am a huge apple nerd. I used to work for apple and I'm pretty savvy when it comes to troubleshooting and repairs. I honestly try to avoid the apple store when at all possible. It's kind of sad because you would think that being such an innovator and technological and marketing genius, I'd want to go to the apple store. The thing I don't like about this store, is their genius bar. That's typically the only time I need to go in. If I can't figure out how to repair it myself, I have to go to the genius bar. I don't like that they don't have enough appointment slots for the demand of the area. Cherry Creek is a major tourist location. But it's located in the middle of Denver so it serves many of people that live in the area. Having to wait a week for tech support is absurd. Not being able to walk in and see a genius is also ridiculous. My last experience was ok. I was promptly greeted when I came in. I needed to exchange a gift for the newer model that came out this week. The specialist who helped me was SUPER sweet and helpful. And quite frankly, the only thing saving this review. I wish I remembered his name. I'm awful with names but he was a young African-American male and he wore glasses. He told me that he's been working for Apple for awhile and I specifically remember him saying he didn't get an Apple Watch because he wanted to go on some big trips this year. I liked his honesty and reasonableness. He was so patient in helping me set up the device after the exchange. He answered all my questions patiently and was super sweet about any of my concerns. Apple, Wake up! You need another location in Denver. Or you need to revamp your in-store support business model to accommodate the millions of people that have one or many more of your devices. All right... I admit it... I love my Apple products, but I'm not a huge fan of going into the Apple store to play around with them ahead of time. I generally just read about the new offerings online, and place an order if I'm interested. So, other than an in-store iPhone purchase, the only real experience I have at the Apple Store is with the Genius Bar when I run into trouble with one of my devices. Yeah, you have to make an appointment ahead of time, and show up at that time... and you may still have a bit of a wait. That's the price you pay for being an Apple devotee. Honestly though, my experiences at this store have been great. They do seem overstaffed, and it's never been more than a few seconds upon walking in that I'm greeted by a friendly Apple employee. Being there for service, they usually point out exactly who I need to go check in with, and sometimes walk me back to the person for a little introduction. The folks at the Genius Bar have always been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I've never walked out with a device that still doesn't work. They've also been great about recommending different services that Apple offers for free, and have not tried to upsell me with services I don't want or need. Finally, their prices are reasonable. So, thanks Apple employees! I think you all could be treated much better by the company, but you've always been great with me! read more
