Upon walking inside, I see the head spa was very clean and nicely set up. I was greeted by Lia and she led me to sit down at a station to do a scalp analysis. I was then led into one of the rooms to change out of my top and the head spa began. Lia was very gentle when washing my hair and was firm enough when giving me the massage. I've been to at least 4 other head spas before and at Bell's Head Spa, I experienced my first non-stanky hair cover. I'm not sure what it's called but at every location, they would put a cover over the head and it becomes a humidifier. Every other place I've been too had a musty smell, but not at Bell's. After the head spa, I got changed and was led back to the station where Lia did an updated scalp analysis. What I appreciated most was she actually took her time with the high frequency wand. Other places would do a couple clumsy brushes but Lia went through my whole head. She even gave me some great advice on what I should do with my scalp and hair. Honestly, Bell's is hands down the best head spa I've been to. There's a couple other services I want to try next time that I couldn't this time due to limited time.

At the previous place, we were given robes and house slippers to change into before relaxing together in a cozy, dimly lit lounge with soft couches, complimentary snacks, and drinks. When it was time for the treatment, we were placed next to each other so we could chat throughout the experience. We had gone there before my cousin's chemotherapy treatment, so being able to spend that relaxing bonding time together meant a lot. This location had a welcoming atmosphere and was somewhat relaxing. The chairs were comfortable, but there wasn't a lounge area, snacks, or drinks beforehand. Since it was our first visit here, we weren't sure what to expect. One thing I really liked was the scalp analysis. They examined our scalps before and after the treatment and displayed the images on a monitor, which was interesting and informative. For the treatment itself, each of us was placed in a separate room, so we couldn't enjoy the experience together. No robes were provided, and my kids were simply asked to remove their tops. After the treatment, I was served unsweetened iced herbal tea and one madeleine. My kids each received iced water and one madeleine. I also paid an extra $20 for the heated shoulder pad, but it was essentially just a heated shoulder pillow. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the additional cost. Overall, I would come back by myself if I wanted to pamper my scalp because the treatment itself was nice. However, I probably wouldn't choose this place for a group spa day or a shared relaxation experience since everyone is separated into different rooms.

We recently…read morewent to Korea and got an 18-step scalp treatment there and wanted to compare the experience here locally at home. We selected the "60 min. Scalp Purifying Spa" treatment here at Bero, and I had called to make an appointment booking first thing in the morning for a weekday. They have different monthly discounts for their weekday & weekend pricing. If I were to compare to the Korean scalp treatment we got earlier this year, it really is a big difference compared to Bero's scalp treatment and Bero's cannot really compare... However, we both enjoyed the experience as it does include before & after AI camera shots of your scalp, scalp cleaning, deep scalp massage w/ some neck & shoulders as well, a full body massage chair, very light refreshments (tea + cookies), some other oils at the very end, and a simple blow dry. They don't style your hair, just a simple blow dry. We were both surprised to see that our scalps were still looking very clean so we might stretch out our next scalp treatment a bit longer to see how it goes. Bero Scalp Spa is located in the plaza next to the SG Hilton, on the second floor. Parking lot is available. Elevators are a bit slow. Tina and Alice were both good, as hubs & I both needed the massages we got. Their interior is clean and each of the massaging/scalp areas has privacy curtains. Their restroom is also clean.

The first treatment was 4 months before. You could see my picture The upper photos were taken 4 months before. The lower photos we're right after the second treatment. I saw great changes just after one treatment. I believe after the second injection my hair will much better. Dr. Tracy is very professional and patient. He provides a free online consultation If you are not sure whether it is the right treatment for you. Each PRP treatment costs $1400. My treatment include two PRP plus acell, and tropical. The PRP treatment is pain but i believe Most of people could tolerant it. It's almost as painful as getting a Vaccine. The injection takes about 10 to 20 minutes. They have a big TV you could let them play TV for you which will help you relax. The Most painful part is Microneedling because it is a combination of several dozen needles. You could feel very pain,i could not handle it so I choose not do it at the second treatment. It is ok If you don't do that. The first treatment took a longer time to recover because the microneedling was really hurt. After The second treatment ,my head was very painful too,but i can still drive without any problem. I could say that the pain is manageable. Right after the treatment, when i opened my mouse my head was super painful. If you couldn't tolerate the pain Please take a nap,it helps a lot. After 4-6 hours i feel much better. I also feel pain in my scalp when I sleep and move my head, but it is ok. You could take shower after 4 hours. On the second day, you will feel normal only with a little bit uncomfortable.
