The menu has changed slightly from when it was Alpha house. The cauliflower pizzas are much bigger and the Greek salads are much smaller. But overall I think the quality of the food is still good. They spruced up the inside a bit and made it more open and brighter which frankly I think it needed. It was tired looking and old and AB needs some more updated spots! We had a pleasant experience here. I haven't had good chicken wings in awhile. The wings here really hit the spot! The Spanakopita wasn't bad. For our main entrees we had the Grecian Platter and the Sirloin Steak. Both were well portioned meals and reasonably priced. This place is flat out nasty. I ordered a side of meatballs there like those small quarter round size nasty things you get at Sam's Club or the grocery store with some disgusting sauce on them. We got an order for Uber eats and they forgot to pick up the Greek salad whether it was not put out for them or they forgot it. That was the first time the second order we did the Uber eats. We ordered everything with the lasagna they forgot the side salad and they should find a new recipe for lasagna because it was heavy as a brick and very tasteless we ordered the garlic knots. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Went to Alpha with a large group. Service was quite good considering the size of our group. The place is dated, but rather large. It is good for groups and for families. The most surprising thing was the pizza. It loses one star for canned mushrooms and pickled peppers, we like fresh peppers and mushrooms. Other than that, this was some of the better pizza I have had in Florida. It was really, really good. Crust was light, fluffy, and crunchy, a rare but delicious combination. The sauce was quite good. The price was outstanding for the quality of pizza. The cheesy garlic bread was a hit. Yes, isn't the most luxurious restaurant you will find. But dang, food and service are way better than I expected based on the reviews. Do no listen to the 1 and 2 star reviews. If you are in Apollo Beach and want some good food, give Alpha Pizza House a try. read more

Piece of Apollo Beach History. It certainly a local no frills pizza joint, which we enjoy being new to the area. Pizza isn't NY style or Chicago style, it's thicker crust but crispy crust. Sauce they use is delicious and the pepperonis always have crisp edges. Their chef salad is delicious as well with plenty of meat and cheese to make anyone who isn't a fan of salads an instant lover! Wings are a bit larger than we are use to, great flavor but a little less saucy than we prefer. Happy to say we will continue going to Alpha Pizza for many years to come! read more

Went for the first time last night with my Best friend. It's like a hidden gem in Florida! The place is huuge! But we went to eat at the bar. The bar has this wine cellar theme. Felt like i was at an amusement park restaurant. People are very welcoming n kind. Ordered a special pizza that doesn't exist in the menu. My bud is good friends with the owners. In my opinion the menu is great n has decent prices. Food quality was amazing. I'm definitely coming back for dinner. Service was great, and food came out fast! Cute little place with a lot of charm. Kids shared chicken tenders and fries, and was plenty to share. Got a side of meatballs, good size serving. The chicken parm sandwich was good, but could have had more sauce on it and definitely could have been served warmer. We'll be back to try the meatball sub next since they were so good! read more

Cheese is cold stuck to the chips. Literally have to wait for the oven to heat up to reheat all of it, because I refuse to microwave pizza and chips I just paid 26 dollars for. looking for a new pizza spot in Apollo Beach area, we stumbled on this restaurant. The pizza itself was delicious. The pepperoni was nice and crispy like how I like it. We only had the pizza so I can't comment on anything else, but the pizza was delish. One complaint I had was it took forever for us to get seated, also the hostess completely ignored us and tried to seat another couple that got there after us. I overheard that they were maybe short staffed, but man, it was quit a wait for some pizza. Also, the place looks like a mom and pop shop, the decor wasn't really my style, but it was cool vibes.
