It also took them 4 visits to fix my issue as they kept showing up with the wrong size springs. I also had to physically help the technician install the weatherstripping on my garage door because he could not do it by himself, it was a 2 person job. Then he put the rusty old springs on my new carpeting that I had on my garage floor that is now stained forever. Again, I would not recommend them to anyone. I understand mistakes can happen and things miscommunicated but to be so rude and lie to a customer is just not acceptable.
