They are great! Our garage door wasn't opening fully, so we reached out to KSE through Yelp on a Sunday night. They responded immediately and after a quick call we scheduled a service call the next day. Jeff came out and diagnosed that the opener needed to be replaced. He already had it in his van, so it was a quick job. Highly recommend! read more

Casey explained my options with my garage door. Jeff came out and explained more. He then replaced pulleys, rollers and springs. It's a breeze to open now. The door is at least 24 years old. It has the old style key operated lock. That is good for me I have mostly storage in there - no room for a car. read more

Update I have used KSE for my garage doors ever since my first review 8 years ago. They have come out for emergency fixes twice and last year I got two new garage door openers installed. So quiet and I can control them with an app. I highly recommend KSE. Reliable and reasonable. read more

Responsive, Fair, Willing to REPAIR and not simply replace. He's busy and in-demand, but worth the wait!!

KSE Garage Door Services arrived on time, and did an excellent job on my two garage doors!

This was my second call to KSE, once again great service. Fast, friendly and thoroughly explained options for repair or replacement. They answer the phone and came same day! I highly recommend these professionals for your garage door needs. read more

They may have done a good job but charge way too much. Our garage door had one broken spring, and they charged me $670 for only 45 mins of work. The problem was quite obvious as the spring was broken. Since no diagnosis was needed, the guy went straight into replacing the springs. He told me he needs probably 1-1.5 hour, but it only took him 45 mins. I was in the middle of an important meeting and I really need to fix the garage door ASAP, so I agreed on the price. But $670 for 45 mins of work was crazily high. I would suggest getting a quote before making an appointment with KSE garage door. read more

I had a garage door for two car garage installed after previous one got dented. Overall, they did a good job on my new garage door. There were a couple complications: it took significantly longer to receive the door than they originally told me it would. Also, at first they said I didn't need a new motor and then they said I did. Regarding the latter, you never quite know what to believe, although these guys seem trustworthy. The guy I worked with was very responsive, and I really appreciated that. Always texted me back almost immediately. Overall, I would recommend them. read more

My garage door wouldn't close because animals had chewed the wires on the safety sensors, and the units needed to be replaced. I called KSE at 9:30 am today, Arthur showed up around 11:00 and explained pricing to me, then did a very thorough job in just 20 minutes. Very pleased. read more

We enjoyed our experience with KSE. When I called they asked me to send pictures of my issue and said it wouldn't be hard to fix. Didn't try to upsell me and came within the week (said they would have made sure to come earlier if it was a safety issue). They came on time this morning and were done in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly! Will use them when it's time for us to replace our door down the line. read more

Immediate response. Solved the problem. But tried to overcharge for new remote opener that only needed a battery.

Amazing service and reasonable price. My garage door sensor broke during a snowstorm, and I was very anxious because my car was inside. I called Kasey, who had installed the door four years ago, and he came right over -- despite the poor driving conditions -- and fixed it, for a reasonable price. He is a good businessman because doing this has made me recommend him to several people who are looking for garage door replacements or repairs. read more

Great service. Very responsive, and great work. They repaired the garage traveler, replaced the weather stripping along with remotes and key pad. Completed the work in a few hours. Will definitely use them again. read more

We couldn't have been happier with KSE Garage Door Services. Kasey came to our home, checked out our garage and came up with a game plan on the spot. He was able to provide us with a written estimate which we were very appreciative of (another company we spoke with refused to provide an estimate in advance of receiving a deposit from us. They actually suggested we work with Home Depot since they have "long contracts"). Kasey returned a second time to double check the measurements of our doors to ensure a great fit before placing the order. Our doors were not square to say the least but Kasey and his team were able to add some pieces to help ensure a snug fit. In the end, the doors look great, work perfectly and were at a very competitive price. Absolutely recommended. read more

The safety sensors on my garage door opener stopped working and it would no longer automatically open/close the door. Based on positive Yelp reviews I engaged KSE Garage Door Services, and am very happy I did. First of all, they were able to schedule a service call for the next day (fast service!). The technician Jeff called ahead as promised and arrived within the scheduled window. He was polite, knowledgeable, and communicated very well. I asked him to first repair the safety sensors, and then to perform an inspection of my whole system (door + opener) and advise me of any other problems he observed, give me his assessment of my system's current condition, and what (if anything) he thought was worn to the point that it needed to be replaced. Jeff inspected the system as asked, and made some minor adjustments that improved the existing system's operation. He said that while my springs/cables/pulleys had some wear and tear he didn't think they needed immediate replacement. He told me the opener itself was reaching its end of expected service life and recommended I replace it, but he wasn't high pressure about it. He gave me a quote to replace the opener with a particular newer model, and a quote to replace springs/cables/pulleys. I decided to hold off replacing anything but the failed sensors for now. Jeff installed new sensors and they work perfectly. And thanks to his minor adjustments the existing system is operating more quietly and smoothly than before. I do intend to replace the opener and the springs/cables/pulleys in the near future and I will definitely hire KSE Garage Door Systems for that job. I'm very pleased with their service and highly recommend them to others. read more

It has been over a year since the install and I was looking up Kasey's phone number because I need to text him a question about how to add a new code to my door. It reminded me I should revisit Yelp and add an update. The installation has held up exactly as promised, the door looks and works the same today as it did the day after it was installed. The only thing that frustrates me is that since I only have one garage door, and since Kasey did such a good job with it, I don't have any reason to call him to do more work for me! I only wish every Company was as good as this one. read more

Came quickly and assessed the damage I caused when I backed the car into the garage door. The technician was honest about what actually needed to be done (nothing) vs what could be done to repair the cosmetic damage. I appreciated the honesty and humor of the technician. I needed it. Destroying ones' own car and maiming the garage door at the same time doesn't make you feel great. When we do finally get to repairing the cosmetic damage, KSE will be the one I call. Highly recommend! read more
