Other companies told me not really feasible to fix financially, tried to sell me on new door,sensors and new opener when opener only 2 year's old. This man with Eastgate cleaned sensors, and webs were main reason not working right so recommend I used little paint brush once week to just keep from problems, got a latter,within 30 minutes a few adjustments and brand new working condition. I quote, well ma'am that's the difference between my company and others, my name is everything. My motto is quality over quantity. Yes I have bills to, but I'm in business to stay in business, not to just replace door's that don't need replacing. Garage door's as well as commercial door's are like anything else we have, everything needs maintenance. Things like this needs cleaning,parts replaced from usage and it's also subject to weather. Wow, take a moment to absorb that. I was charged a service call and for a couple small part's, but he didn't charge labor,surcharge, and other charges on my other estimates from other companies. I hope he stays around a long time. I will never use anyone else. Honest was understatement. 2 other neighbors came over seeing him at my home and two more job's because of reasonable, trusting and great feeling of not being taken advantage of. Funny he was on vacation and took care of us on his Time with family but did all three of our door's in about 2.5 hour's. So get estimate if you want, but as we were talking only thing he can't get is huge discounts like bigger corporation do, but after seeing what he charges and others still better deal because if new door is needed he tries to lower cost of service call or gives credit to referrals. So because of other neighbors he didn't charge me for service call. I'm so happy with door now, opening and closing faster,smoothly, omg much more quiet. So if you want to throw money away and support corporate companies taking advantage and charging double what they pay for doors and surcharge ect..save yourself a headache and call this small business owner and support honest,hard working American knowing he's not trying to go out of business. You won't pay for anything you Don't need. Even takes time to show you why, or what your parts look like compared to new part, explains how and why they wear out. So excited. ..everyone else made me think it was going to cost me $2000 - $2500 when after discount barely cost me $120. And other saved at least $1000. That's huge difference. The Company did original install in 2004 so Owner reminded me of a lifetime warrantee on the belt…read morethat broke. Saved me about $200. When the new belt arrived at our home the Owner came out same day and got me back in service, programmed the 3 new remote controls, and made sure the other door was operating properly before leaving. I call that number and explained to Ernesto(Owner) my situation. I had my garage door stuck and does'nt move. Call the couple of local companies Estimated $750.00(parts and labor), another just labor $250.00 if I buy the motor. I boght the motor from most expensive one from the home Depot for $280.00. Being a saturday nobody answered my phone calls. and now, I found the man on the freeway.. He asked me with cautious tone , $125.00 is alright? My goodness...Okey certainly. He dispached the truck and the driver(Valentino)came to my home and fixed in one hour and charged me only $125.00 Not only the price, He understood customers urgent situations and not taking advantages from it.
