However, Middlesex Door Systems quickly resolved our problems. Everyone we communicated with at Middlesex were professional, and treated us with respect. From the time Paula quickly answering our inquiry about replacing our door opener, providing a quotation which was reasonably priced, scheduling the installation, to having the opener installed, the entire process took only 3 days. The installer, Danny, arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently in installing the new opener much more quickly than we had originally expected. He was very respectful of our property. We are very happy with our new Liftmaster door opener. Thank you!

When I questioned, they gave me two other lower cost options, one that didn't include the exterior keypad and one that didn't have a warranty. Even these seemed a bit high. When I called American Garage Door & Glass, they gave me a quick verbal quote over the phone that included the pad, wifi access and a warranty and was still less than the lowest price option from the other company. I got one more estimate that was in the same range but decided to go with AGD&G based on the reviews. It was easy to get on the schedule, they just showed up and the install took a little over an hour. The price was exactly as verbally quoted, no surprises whatsoever. The new garage door opener works great! It's quiet, easy to use and the wifi connectivity will come in very handy. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Wouldn't go anywhere else…read more American Garage Door installed our Lift-Master openers 26 years ago. They have always provided excellent service any time I have needed parts or on-site service. Recently, one of the belts snapped. AGD did not have the belt in stock, but they redirected me to Lift-Master since the belts have a lifetime warranty if you are the original owner. Lift-Master did send me a new belt at no charge (only the belt). The standard procedure is to take the hardware off the old belt and use it on the new belt...but one of the old parts didn't fit the new belt. I reached out to American Garage Door again and they were able to provide a new part that fit. I also had an issue putting the protective cap back on the sprocket since the new belt seemed to be just a bit thicker than the old 26 year old belt. American Garage Door checked with their technician and called me back the next day as promised. Great service each and every time!
