I found Tom on Yelp as one of our garage doors had literally started falling apart and had become delaminated causing the power lift arm to literally tear out of the 10 year old door. Tom arrived the very next day and I expected that it would be a total door replacement and also expected that he would just work up an estimate to replace the door. Instead, Tom looked it over and said he could fix it as the exterior pattern on both doors was no longer available so he could save the immediate expense of replacing both doors just for cosmetic reasons. The door is stronger than new now. He reinforced it properly with metal channel, replaced the worn springs and aligned the door properly. All done in the matter of a couple of hours max. His truck is fully equipped, his tools and parts top notch and his work perfect... he cleaned everything up before he left. He was also very affordable and professional. Tom arrived at our scheduled time; was polite, friendly and professional (and masked!); and my new openers were installed in around 2.5 hours - efficient! Tom walked me through the changes with the new openers, answering all my questions; and he kindly took the time to program my vehicles to the new openers so I can now use the remotes as back-up.
