I wanted to upgrade my three garage doors but one of the doors/bays had a dead Stingray there so until it is fixed I could not do the third door. They are nice enough to wait until I can do the third door. If you can beleive it they came out to do the two and will come back at a later date when I can clear the bay. A lone technician came out and upgraded to a belt vs. a chain system. the tech. was professional, quick and very courteous . He required no assistance and once the job was done he even programmed it all for me so all I need do is push buttons.
