He gave us a quote and he did not increase the cost, which has happened to us too many times in the past. My husband stated he was very kind and professional and did an excellent job. I was able to meet him as well, the only downside is he only fixes garages, he did such an excellent job that I was hoping we could hire him for a few other jobs, such as replacing my front door, but he only does garage doors. I am working from home, which my husband made him aware that I could not be interrupted because I could be in meetings. He was so kind and quite that I had to go outside to meet him. I wish we could hire him for other jobs, he seemed to be a kind and honest man.

I immediately messaged 8 garage door companies asking if anyone could come and fix this issue on Monday as early as possible. I sent them all the same message letting them know the first one who contacted me will receive my business. Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). He fixed the springs in about 20 minutes and then changed my entire garage door unit (previously bought by myself) within 40 minutes. This would have taken me an entire day to do! On top of this, he took a 10% military discount off his already unbeatable price! Amazing service from Chris. He owns C&W doors and should be proud of the company he has built!
