On a Sunday, my garage door spring snapped and I couldn't open the garage door. This needed to be replaced ASAP. I immediately messaged 8 garage door companies asking if anyone could come and fix this issue on Monday as early as possible. I sent them all the same message letting them know the first one who contacted me will receive my business. Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). He fixed the springs in about 20 minutes and then changed my entire garage door unit (previously bought by myself) within 40 minutes. This would have taken me an entire day to do!
