I arrived in NH from California responsible for replacing all the locks on a house. I called Justin at Countryside. He came out to the house the next day and did a great job, installing new locks and adjusting some ancient ones to work better. A couple weeks later I had him back to install a couple more locks. The work is all top notch and Justin himself is honest, prompt, and easy to deal with. I wish more of my problems were lock-related, because then I could hire Justin to solve them. read more

What can I say? I called CSL on 12/28 to request that they come to a brand new house to install 2 locks and do a review of the property to see what else they might recommend. Well they were onsite the next morning to complete their work and were done in a period of 2 hours. THIS WAS DURING A HOLIDAY WEEK MIND YOU! Justin was thorough and king, answering all of our questions and also super fair when it came to bill. All around, A PLUS experience - you can not go wrong with family owned. I came to these people after I had lost the key to my 1985 Monte Carlo to see if they could make me a new one. Their initial price was $60 which climbed to 120 to 400 by the end of our conversation. I bought a new ignition for $15 from AutoZone and installed it in an afternoon. Their excuse was they would have to cut and try 256 keys to find the match, this of course is immediately after they had told me there is a company that I can rent a set of trial keys from. Moved into a new house so wanted to change the locks. We googled locksmiths and they came up gave them a call and they were at the house later that day. The work took a little longer then expected but good work was done. A few days later locked myself out of the house and called their "emergency" line for assistance and they were there probably an hour-hour and half later got me in the house and replaced the lock in a timely manner. The person was friendly and professional and did good work. Would I use them again? I did and would. Only negative is that it was a little expensive (but I didn't really compare prices to others either, so..) read more

CountrySide Lock and Key has grown very quickly as a strong New Hampshire family run small business. We now have two locations! One in Concord, New Hampshire and the second in Manchester, New Hampshire. We now service from the lakes region down to the southern border.

Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). Talk about GREAT service!!! Justin was wonderful to work with, and extremely knowledgeable! I told him my needs, he gave me options, and within 5 business days, we had new key pad locks installed in our office. The new locks meet our needs and they work perfectly!! Getting locked out of your place is never a good time .... well neither is losing your car keys down the storm drain! Haha yeah I don't want to hear it laugh up. Lucky I was able to come across these guys who came to me in under 10mins and I was handed a key and into my car in under 15 mins from the time I called! I'd say that quick.
