Although this project was revisited twice due to an initial "mis-diagnosis" (with the previous Soil-away regime), Jack took ownership to rectify the basic floor foundation issue and ensure no more tiles would crack.! Jack's demolition team,under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house.His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. After the project was completed, we again had follow-up conversations to Jack to ensure that the work was completed to our satisifaction and the work area was restored to normal.

We knew it was going to be a long wait, so we were happy when we got the email that it was finally our turn for install! The three guys that did our install were very professional and worked very hard. They were here during the hottest week of August, so I give them huge props for getting everything done. They did some small bush and tree removal before the fence install. They got rid of all the debris, left the yard in great condition when they left, and most importantly, the fence looks great! We have some other projects on our dreamboats - we will definitely be contacting them again for their help!

I accepted his price by email; and he indicated that he could start the middle of June. After I had waited a couple of weeks beyond his promised date of doing my driveway, I finally called him. He said something about me being a man of his word on the price. Even though he was higher than one company, I trusted, to my dismay, that he was a straight shooter. I asked him for a contract, and he never did send me one. I think that he had other jobs, probably paving ones that would give him more money, versus a sealcoating job. I called him another time and left a message of which it was not returned. He should at least have had the decency to tell me that he could not follow up on his promise. I finally resorted to calling other companies in late July and early August; but I feel that by waiting for Henry, I missed out on other companies scheduling my job this Summer.
