I would highly recommend them if you want a pleasant experience dealing with a contractor. I needed to find a contractor to replace my leach field and met with Mike. Although I didn't end up hiring them to do the work because of the price, I was very impressed with his honesty, professionalism, communication skills and willingness to answer any questions I had in a timely fashion. These things makes a huge difference in whether an experience is pleasant or very frustrating. I hired United to repave my driveway. I was told the crew would be at my house between 7 and 730. At 830 I called to see where they were. I was told they were at another job and would arrive late morning. At 1230 I called again to see where they were. Secretary told me she would call me back with an update, no call. I called back at 430 and still received no information. I finally found out that night that they were having problems with their machine. I would have been okay with moving the job to another day if they simply would have communicated this to me. This is no way to treat your customers!
