It was the best estimate I had received after having 3 others. It was also the most up front, non sales pitching no BS conversation I had with roofing sales people. I agreed to his price a week later and ordered my color and waited. He even offered me an open day earlier than promised. On the day that he came with his crew they were extremely considerate of timing and noise for my mother whom I caretake for as well as my need to care for my dogs that had to go out. He removed 5 skylights and patched up the holes before roofing over. The roof looks great and the clean up was immaculate. We had asked another roofing company to come do an estimate while we were negotiating on a home. That roofing company blew us off. We needed a quote to the seller the following day, and we only had the house for a few hours to get the quote in. We looked up roofing companies that were open (it was already 5/5:30) to see if anyone could help us out. We stumbled upon S & W Roofing, and they send someone immediately out to help us. The quote was VERY reasonable. We got a quote for a few different things we needed done on our home, such as the fascia boards, roof, chimney straps, and chimney seal. After we purchased the home, we were planning to do the roof in August (we purchased in May). We found ourselves in a pickle, and we needed to do the roof sooner than expected. We met about the contract on a Tuesday, they brought over materials on Wednesday, and started and finished the roof and all of the other jobs on Thursday by 2pm. It was wonderful. The crew was here by 6:30 in the morning and working by 7am. In addition to the roof looking wonderful, the fascia boards being replaced, the chimney was secured and sealed, they also did other things for us. They patched holes in our soffit board were squirrels were getting in, they fixed our outside light, they sprayed for bees, and they got some pieces of gutters to patch together some of our missing gutters. I didn't realize some of these things until after they left. Plus, our yard doesn't have a single nail. Everything is so clean, well done and thorough. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone, and I would call them up if I ever needed their services again.
