I am very happy with Overhead Door Options. The estimator Colin Veasey responded quickly to my request for an estimate and promptly came by to physically see the site and take measurements. He listened to what we wanted and was helpful in providing information on the available door options and then provided the estimate in short order. Their estimate was not the lowest price that we received but we liked the styling, quality, and features of the C.H.I. doors. The owner Nick even discounted our price because we needed a total of five doors for a our new and existing garages. Technicians Jason and Paul came and installed our doors and openers and we couldn't be happier with them. Our dogs even enjoyed their company. They were very quick and conviently set up everything with the remotes after completing the installation. The doors are very quiet and much more efficient than our previous doors. We also like the Liftmaster openers with the cameras and the phone App. We can now control and monitor all the doors and garage from anywhere which is so convenient and safe. I love how responsive Overhead Doors was to my service call. Within 2 days, I had an appointment with Derek. Derek was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me multiple solutions. He fixed the problem immediately. He then looked over the system, oiled the wheels, replaced burnt out light bulbs, and tightened some loose weatherstripping. I needed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of my garage door. I called overhead door Portsmouth NH they told me bring in a piece of old stripping they would be able to hook me up with a new one, which they did a worker came from the back work space a explained how to install it .
