He was so responsive, answered all of my questions, and offered alternatives in varying budgets to help with the cost of the project. The project lead, Nate, is also amazing. He was at the property doing the work and even came by a few weeks later to install the cleats and whips for our boat so they'd align properly instead of just installing them and hoping for the best. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with WIS and could not recommend them more for your dock project. As an added bonus, Kim helped me pick colors and make design choices that really made my home look the way I wanted. They have a really good eye. They patched several holes and dings in the walls and fixed some chewed up trim from dog damage. Now I want to get the upstairs painted! In terms of communication, they were excellent. Very prompt reply (we're talking a matter of hours after I first reached out to them). Any decisions made during the project were quick. They were always reachable by phone. There were several annoying little problems that they also addressed in the course of the job (broken light switch, busted knob). They fixed everything they encountered which was a real relief to me. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire house. Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. As a result, there were no surprises when the project was completed. Finally, because we were still living out of state during much of the construction, regular communication was essential. We felt comfortable hiring Stu after meeting with him a few times, and we weren't wrong!! Our deck is gorgeous and I was blown away by how quickly it was completed! Stu and his entire team are friendly and attentive and they truly care about their clients.
