We decided that this was beyond our DIY scope and got three quotes for a bathroom, demo and remodel. Not only did Armen have a very reasonable price, but he was super involved and communicative. When the work started, Armen was checking in with me almost daily and visited my house often to make sure that the work was going as planned. Additionally, he was very flexible with the materials that I wanted used and delivered the bathroom that I wanted. We love our new room and it is one of our favorite spaces in our entire house now. Not only that, the stress of any unknown leaks or water damaged is gone which is priceless. I highly recommend RenoTitan, and will definitely be calling them again for any other contracting that we need done.

Since it is our only shower in the house, we needed a quick turn around. They kept their promise. Michael was a pleasure to have in my house. He's friendly and completely trustworthy. He periodically informed me of what step he was on and asked my opinion on layout. He cleaned up after each day of work. He covered my carpet and floor to protect it. Michael and Mario have been in business together since 2009. They grew up learning tiling/ l flooring from their dad and grandfather who ran a family tiling business. They are not new to this. They can do complete bathroom remodels. They have the skills to install most flooring too (hardwood, vinyl, tile). I've already asked Mario to install vinyl floor at my mom's house. Hired for gutter repair work…read more CW construction replied quickly. They came out and gave me an estimate where a competitor wanted to come out and do the work but wouldn't give me a ball park number first. Others didn't respond. The weather caused the appointment to be pushed multiple times (snow and high speed winds which is what caused the damage in the first place), but the work is done and the gutter appears very secure now. Pricing seemed reasonable for the time and materials used. They were friendly and open to various payment options. The estimate came slightly under the quote, (rounding distance so very slight) which is always nice. Notes: I know it's hard being a contractor and taking calls while working, but more prompt notifications about appointments being moved would be nice. Communication wasn't timely but I had the sense that there wasn't a home office fielding work, so I'm certainly more understanding. Hard to be timely when you're dangling from roofs trying to get work down before the next storm wave. They were certainly better than some other contractors I recently worked with.
