Frank is a pro and nothing was too difficult. The doors now fit perfectly, close quietly without slamming. He mentioned that his company is the only storm door installing company contracted to do these installations, so that's why the 8 week wait between purchase and install. While he was working, I mentioned that I needed a roof repaired. He got on the phone and called a contractor who came over and gave me an estimate. It took him approximately 2 hours to install both storm doors even with the modifications to the doors and door frames. I did have to call them a few times before I got someone on the phone to make the appointment ... which makes me wonder if I hadn't called, would I still be waiting... anyway, Frank arrived on time and got right to work and did a great job. I debated between 4 and 5 stars because of the long wait, but I guess it's a matter of perspective. Once here, this company did a fantastic job! He mentioned that they do bathrooms and kitchens as well.

Whenever we get burdened with an abundance of snow , they have never let us down. We have many clients that require transport daily and through out the day to get to important appointments . They plow very well and put down treatment to prevent the formation of ice and slick mush , while not leaving a salty residue that ruins carpets . Michael and Mario have been in business together since 2009. They grew up learning tiling/ l flooring from their dad and grandfather who ran a family tiling business. They are not new to this. They came out and gave me an estimate where a competitor wanted to come out and do the work but wouldn't give me a ball park number first. Others didn't respond. The weather caused the appointment to be pushed multiple times (snow and high speed winds which is what caused the damage in the first place), but the work is done and the gutter appears very secure now. Pricing seemed reasonable for the time and materials used. They were friendly and open to various payment options. The estimate came slightly under the quote, (rounding distance so very slight) which is always nice. Notes: I know it's hard being a contractor and taking calls while working, but more prompt notifications about appointments being moved would be nice. Communication wasn't timely but I had the sense that there wasn't a home office fielding work, so I'm certainly more understanding. Hard to be timely when you're dangling from roofs trying to get work down before the next storm wave. They were certainly better than some other contractors I recently worked with.
