We love coming Aplós at the Renaissance! On our visit yesterday, at lunch, we had the grilled chicken wrap, a pita mozz, the mini wedge salad, and an order of Greek fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The servers were all very polite and attentive. The ambiance and decor inside is peaceful and relaxing, and it smells divine! I can't wait to go back!

Aplos never disappoints! I am a Chicago native and gyros are a staple, however I was pleasantly pleased when I had theirs. So light and refreshing, with the mixed veggies. This time I tried the redfish and it was superb!!! I also enjoy their baklava!! Love Aplos, they have become a lunch favorite! They also have the best hummus on the planet

i'm not sure why i enjoy eating here. i always think i'm going to enjoy it much more than i do. today i ordered the pita mozzarella, but it was never delivered to the table. i shared my mom's italian sausage pizza which was ok. my daughter had the grilled chicken plate. it looked just ok as well. the best part was enjoying the outside view. the friendly manager did apologize and take the pita off my ticket. i so want to enjoy this place, maybe i'm not ordering correctly!

From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. You can show up wearing anything from your Sunday best to your comfiest kicks and still blend in seamlessly during lunch hours. I head over to the carry-out counter, ready to feast, when suddenly, I spot the bar area. Without skipping a beat, I pivot to the bar. First up, the Spicy Paloma. It's like a taste explosion in the best possible way! Seriously, it deserves the FYE stamp of approval (that's "fire" for those not fluent in southern twang ). Then, I take a sip of the Strawberry Ginger Mojito, and my taste buds are in for a wild ride. Refreshing? It's like summer in a glass. I'm halfway tempted to pull out my seersucker suit! The real MVP, the Greek wings. They looked good enough to make your mouth water, but they tasted even better! The hint of Parmesan took them to a whole new level. Overall, this place knocked it out of the park. Great vibes, FYE drinks, and food that'll make your taste buds happy. The service was A1 from the carry out counter to the bar. Can't wait to come back for round two!

For most people this would be 5/5, but I rarely go that high. Wonderful food and fun play area for toddlers. Got pizza and burger and both were at least 8/10. Highly recommend to anyone wanting something new.

We took a group from the office for lunch today. There were 6 of us and the food & service was great. I had the Greek salad with chicken shawarma & it was delicious. Others had pizza, rice bowls & hummus & everyone really enjoyed it.

The food was great. Milkshakes are interesting in a good way. The service was also great. It was a little hard finding a seat. Staff could do a better job at cleaning and resetting the tables.

The gyro pizza was very good. The option to price ratio was great as well. I would eat here again

The building is very unassuming from the outside. Inside was a totally different from any other place we'd ever been. The decor was very eclectic with lots of Fantasy/sci fi elements. The crowd was playing all kinds of games. The vibe was different from the usual sports bar scene. We enjoyed watching what was going on and feeling how much fun everyone was having. Our server answered all of our questions and made some recommendations for food and drinks. Our food was delicious and the portions were generous. I heartily recommend checking out Dogmud for a fun and different experience from the normal bar scene!

Always a perfectly tailored beer tap selection plus bottle and can selection. In the mood to play a game or games? They will have it here. Want an obscure drink? He insisted that he move our tables to be one big table. I told him it was okay because I didnt want to bother him, but he insisted, saying he wanted me and my little nephew to be comfortable. He handed us the menus, and we decided to order three different pizzas and the Pretzel Bites for the appetizer. The first pizza was the Three Little Pigs, a delicious combination of Italian sausage, pepperoni, applewood bacon, fresh basil, marinara, and mozzarella. This one was by far my favorite. The bacon and sausage had a spicy flavor, and the mozzarella was thick and gooey. One bite and the cheese would stretch for days. The other two, the Pepperoni and Chicken Alfredo, were right up there, too. I like that the Chicken Alfredo tasted more like a pizza than not. It had all the combinations of a Chicken Alfredo pasta dish, but with the spices and marinara sauces, it was a sweet combination of both, but it was more of a pizza flavor, which I just loved. I can't leave off the Pretzel Bites; I liked that the cheese and mustard were mixed, bringing on a very favorable dip. Now I must tell you this: the pizzas are supposed to be a personal pan--ten inches with six slices. The hostess warned me these pizzas aren't your regular-sized personal pan. He was right. The pizzas are huge, the slices even bigger. It's a deep-dish pizza with layers of meat, cheese, sauces, and veggies. So you can order three like I did, or just order one and keep coming back, trying different pizzas, which is a great idea considering the place is so inviting. One more thing: You can eat inside or outside on the patio or the lawn with the large TV screen. It's a very relaxed place, and they have a band on certain nights. I can tell you for sure that the hostess, the food, and the ambiance make this place what it is, very inviting.
