I purchased a cauliflower cheese pizza with marina sauce. This actually tasted better than any other pizza I've ever eaten with the exception of those little mini pizzas that were sold frozen by Schwanns. There use to be a truck that came around and we could purchase right from the truck. Their little pizzas were layered like lasagna and the middle crust was almost like crossaints.. so delicate and ttender. But this pizza was equally delicious. Lost Pizza in Ridgeland has always been my go-to pizza choice. Unfortunately, I will never order from this location again. The incompetence and the attitude from the staff and manager was terrible. Arguing with a customer over an incorrect order is unacceptable. Tonight marks my first ever bad review of a restaurant. My suggestion is to order online. This was the absolute worst experience and food EVER at a Lost Pizza. Everyone's order was coming out one at a time to different tables. My husband's food came out basically after the others at our table had finished eating. The taco pizza was NOT the taco pizza that I've had in the past, it was more like pizza dough with barely any sauce or other toppings, more like a cheese pizza with a little cheese and a few sprinkles of some kind of meat. I've only been here once so far, but it quickly became a favorite. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and the staff are quite friendly. What really won me over were the chips - more like seasoned nachos - that seasoning is something else! I also had the Yardbird sandwich, which was perfectly sized (not too big) and tasty. Tried the ravioli as an appetiser, they were good, though they contain meat (type unclear, staff couldn't confirm if it's pork or beef), so keep that in mind if it matters to you. read more

two times coming here in the span of a few weeks, the first time my order was forgotten and had to remind them multiple times, and the second time waited over an hour for a personal size pizza. it's either staffing issues or management issues. food is good if they ever get it out. read more

First the good things: I called on a Monday to place a large dine-in order for a group of approximately 30 people. The manager who took the order was great. I called to confirmed a few hours beforehand, again, great. We arrived about 20 minutes earlier than expected, but nothing was set up/ready, not a even the salad, which was served after the pizzas. I had to go up to the to ask for serving utensils and dressing. The young lady who was the cashier was too busy on her phone to be of any adequate service. The staff tried to rally and rushed to get our 15 pizzas out. A few were undercooked. I was told that they would it set up buffet-style, but that's not what we got...everything was crammed onto the tables. And, we basically served ourselves. There were only two other small tables during the time we were there... However, it's sad to say that their quality has gone down from our usual expectations. The pizza crust was soggy, when we ordered thin crusts. It was doughy and not cooked long enough nor was it even remotely a thin crust. There was mold in the ice. We went through several cups of ice thinking it was just one or two ice cubes in the batch. Lost Pizza Co. in Ridgeland was a fantastic place for a quick bite. The Cashier/host answered our questions since it was our first visit. We grabbed 2 items from the menu: We got the Lucille pizza [we trimmed the tomatoes and added pineapple] and Fried Ravioli. My only wish was if they carried Coke Zero or a Zero sugar soda [Diet coke is just terrible], but oh well it's a very minor issue. I recently tried their Chicago style pizza. I'm from the Chicago area originally and have been looking for some down here for years! The crust was crispy and thin as it should be. It was loaded with layered cheese and meats with zesty sauce on the top. I was extremely pleased with their Chicago style offering. It takes around 30 minutes to cook, so it's a good idea to call and order ahead. If you've never had Chicago style pizza give it a try! It's awesome! read more

I'm normally a big fan of Lost Pizza, but I just recently placed an order over the phone for pick up in the Ridgeland location. I dealt with a very rude lady on the phone, no customer service! I tried to pay over the phone due to my teenager was coming to pick it up and I wasn't going to see her, so I couldn't send my card with her. She told me she couldn't do it, not to mention, i have done this at least 4 times prior. Just pure laziness!! I asked her to ask her manager.....she kind of pretended to ask someone and came back immediately saying 'no, we can't do it'. So I asked her if I got my daughter to right down my card number could they take that once she arrives, then THE LADY HUNG UP ON ME !!! I called right back, and said 'you hung up on me' and she said the call was dropped..... really?!!??! So freaking rude!!! Ok, lost pizza, is this how bad things are, you just hire anyone?? Great restaurant! I went today at about 2 pm and there was only one other party there. We ordered mild buffalo wings, breadsticks with cheese, and a thick crust pizza half-cheese/half-pepperoni. Our food was served quickly. The wings were DELICIOUS! Very meaty and the sauce was perfect. The breadsticks and pizza were really good as well. Good service and clean bathrooms. Nice. read more

This was our second visit to this restaurant and glad we gave them another chance (2 months ago, we must have caught them on a bad night). Tonight Visit: - Entered at 8:04pm - Service was friendly and helpful when placing our order. - We ordered a medium pepperoni thick crust pizza, a large salad, sub-sandwich and two soft drinks. - Environment was casual, restaurant was about one third full. Restaurant was clean and inviting. - Beverage bar was neat and clean. Bar had everything we needed (straws, napkins and variety of beverage flavors to choose from. . All food was served within 13 minutes; hot & fresh. The food was very good. - Server followed-up with our table a few minutes later. She noticed that the food runners had forgotten to bring the potato chips with my sandwich, so she brought them out right away. - When we were leaving another employee thanked us and invited us to return. I was a tad hangry when we showed up for a late lunch. The line was out the door and moving slowly. None of the wait staff smiled. A corner table on the patio seemed reserved for staff on break. That seemed odd. For a two-story venue they didn't have a dumb-waiter, and the staff had to carry food up a straight flight of stairs. I had to tell them they were out of unsweetened tea downstairs (and it took 3 people to brew it - a training moment). And the cashier didn't get our order complete. I ordered a Greek salad to go with our pizza. We even had dialogue about thin vs thick crust (more filling) since we were getting the salad too. She didn't ring it up. We didn't catch the error until it didn't come with our pizza. All of that said, the pizza was quite tasty. We will probably go back. Lost Pizza isn't anything special. I've eaten here a couple times and tried at least five different pizza options, but they all taste like something I could get at Domino's or Pizza Hut. A small plus is that they have a nice beer selection. The restaurant is always clean and the decor is nice. The service is pretty good too. I don't have much to complain about nor praise.
