The pizza was great, ready at the agreed upon time, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant appeared clean. The reusable to go cups are always a win with me as well.

Delicious pizza!! Thick crust soft. Excellent service that was very quick and a cool environment.

Our cashier, too busy on her phone

First the good things: I called on a Monday to place a large dine-in order for a group of approximately 30 people. The manager who took the order was great. I called to confirmed a few hours beforehand, again, great. We arrived about 20 minutes earlier than expected, but nothing was set up/ready, not a even the salad, which was served after the pizzas. I had to go up to the to ask for serving utensils and dressing. The young lady who was the cashier was too busy on her phone to be of any adequate service. The staff tried to rally and rushed to get our 15 pizzas out. A few were undercooked. I was told that they would it set up buffet-style, but that's not what we got...everything was crammed onto the tables. And, we basically served ourselves. There were only two other small tables during the time we were there... I'm pretty upset in terms of the poor service we received considering how much money was spent and how slow it was (there only two other tables there.) I will NEVER go back

    Emptiness

Tried again and that was a mistake. Two girls at the counter ignored me for 5 minutes before I was served. I ordered well ahead of time and the order still wasn't ready. Pretty sure they forgot it like last time. I see why the place is empty now. Maybe they need new management. So glad Soulshine is coming to Gluckstadt.

This is some of the best pizza!!! Good quality cheese and lots of it. Fresh topping and well portioned. The fried ravioli wasn't my favorite but I'll definitely return for the pizza! It didn't take a long time to prepare the food either.

I am prefacing this with I am originally from the Bronx, NY. I am a tough critic on pizza LOL. This is not exactly my kind of Pizza. However, cool place, friendly staff & clean! They have other things on their menu. So if you are in the area, try it out!

Lost Pizza Co. in Ridgeland was a fantastic place for a quick bite. The Cashier/host answered our questions since it was our first visit. We grabbed 2 items from the menu: We got the Lucille pizza [we trimmed the tomatoes and added pineapple] and Fried Ravioli. My only wish was if they carried Coke Zero or a Zero sugar soda [Diet coke is just terrible], but oh well it's a very minor issue. I snap a photo of the dining room, our pizza, and ravioli.

Chicago style pizza. The best I've had since leaving Chicago!

My boyfriend just asked me if I could eat Italian as a vegan, but I told him no, but thankfully I found this elegant place. First and foremost, it's located on the top floor next to Char. There's NO dress code, but I didn't see anyone in casual wear either. Primarily saw dates and a few families, but no loud and rowdy children running around screaming. Thank goodness! If you are vegan, you need to specify that with your server initially because the bread that they serve to the table isn't vegan. I love how there's multiple veg options. We ordered the portobella mushroom appetizer and it was delicious! I got mine with vegan bread. The hummus is tasty and smooth. The mushroom had the juiciness of a beef steak. The vegano was by far the best veg pizza I've ever tasted. It was so flavorful and had many textures. Lightly dusted with cashew parm and drizzled with a balsamic vinegarette glaze. Sweet and savory. My boyfriend had the linguine with the crawfish tails; he said that you need to put your tongue on that shite. I was surprised when our waitress said that there was ONE veg dessert. Usually, restaurants have ZERO options for my sweet tooth. The chocolate cake is rich with hints of fruit, ganache, raspberry coli, and a coconut whip. It was incredibly moist, but not dense. Very decadent! They even have gluten-free options as well. Very nice experience. I enjoyed every bit of it.

He insisted that he move our tables to be one big table. I told him it was okay because I didnt want to bother him, but he insisted, saying he wanted me and my little nephew to be comfortable. He handed us the menus, and we decided to order three different pizzas and the Pretzel Bites for the appetizer. The first pizza was the Three Little Pigs, a delicious combination of Italian sausage, pepperoni, applewood bacon, fresh basil, marinara, and mozzarella. This one was by far my favorite. The bacon and sausage had a spicy flavor, and the mozzarella was thick and gooey. One bite and the cheese would stretch for days. The other two, the Pepperoni and Chicken Alfredo, were right up there, too. I like that the Chicken Alfredo tasted more like a pizza than not. It had all the combinations of a Chicken Alfredo pasta dish, but with the spices and marinara sauces, it was a sweet combination of both, but it was more of a pizza flavor, which I just loved. I can't leave off the Pretzel Bites; I liked that the cheese and mustard were mixed, bringing on a very favorable dip. Now I must tell you this: the pizzas are supposed to be a personal pan--ten inches with six slices. The hostess warned me these pizzas aren't your regular-sized personal pan. He was right. The pizzas are huge, the slices even bigger. It's a deep-dish pizza with layers of meat, cheese, sauces, and veggies. So you can order three like I did, or just order one and keep coming back, trying different pizzas, which is a great idea considering the place is so inviting. One more thing: You can eat inside or outside on the patio or the lawn with the large TV screen. It's a very relaxed place, and they have a band on certain nights. I can tell you for sure that the hostess, the food, and the ambiance make this place what it is, very inviting.

When we arrived, we waited longer than expected to be seated, regardless of there being several open tables. There was no communication from the staff about the delay, which left us feeling confused and awkwardly waiting. Once we were seated, the atmosphere was cozy and we were looking forward to the evening! After our server was assigned, her attitude was okay, but she walked away quickly after taking our order, which made it difficult to ask questions or make additional requests. The service overall felt slow. When our food arrived, it was lukewarm to cold. We ordered the same pasta we usually get at the Ridgeland location, but it was not the same. The flavor was lacking, and it did not taste freshly prepared. The only dish we enjoyed was the Caesar Salad.... Also, all 5 of us ordered an espresso martini and I ordered mine with Tito's and mine was made differently than the others which was strange. I make espresso martinis at home while maintaining the creaminess and I'm not sure what this bartender was doing. We did askfor our martinis to be creamy.
