Tom was there for me and served as intermediary / hostage negotiator between me and this a-hole. Three hours later I was reunited with my bentley dashboard and I almost hugged Tom. Boxes and moved the services to the main line to the right. Pens for packages usually have to be asked for here since they're a hot commodity. Recently, my building had a mailbox key access issue and the post office took a month to repair/replace it. This caused residents to have to come in for mail pick-up, which got a bit messy. At one point, my blind mother went in to pick up her mail and someone released the entire building's mail to her. Thankfully she asked my SO for help sorting it which sent flags up to him to immediately return everything that wasn't hers. He explained the situation and the post office has seemingly taken things more seriously. The clerks? (not sure of the proper verbiage here) seem overworked and exhausted. I wish people were nicer to them despite their frustrations. It's better to stop in instead of calling for things, or set up a USPS account online where you can manage some things.

Needless to say, I didn't even know this place existed. Then someone mentioned that I might wanna check out Atlas - you know... just for the sake of comparison. I was floored, "It's next door?! How did I not even notice?!" So when the next time came back around, I came through here instead. And I think it'll be my go-to for remitting money from now on. 1) The exchange rate is higher vs. PNB. (Even if it is just 10 cents per dollar more, IT'S MORE.) 2) The fees are much less. ($9 vs $20 at PNB.) Western Union and Xoom couldn't compare either. I was the only customer at the time, so it was a quick stop. I was instantly greeted by a staff member with a warm smile. I already had my package ready to be scanned and all I needed was a receipt. She happily and efficiently did so, and I left in a good mood. It was a simple transaction but still a pleasant experience with good customer service. Parking: The store is located in a small lot and there were some spots available. All in all, I'd be willing to come back next time I need to ship out a package!
