    Came to drop off some returns and MEGAN was a ROCKSTAR! She was kind, professional, fast, and had a natural sense of great customer service!

    Hubby forgot our cruise docs in Vegas, so we needed a place to print. Thankfully, the UPS store has this capability. We were able to log in and print our docs quickly. Less than $20 detour on our way to vacation! The girl behind the counter even let us use the stapler for free! This is a fairly easy location to get to, but parking is a booger.

    I'd gone on vacation and ordered a gazillion items in a variety of colors and options from Amazon in preparation for my trip, knowing I'd be able to return them. Several of them didn't arrive prior to my trip and when I returned to the US, I had numerous unopened Amazon parcels awaiting me containing products I no longer needed. In total, I initiated 17 returns with Amazon. I thought I selected my local UPS store for all of them, only to learn when I arrived that several of them were at "Amazon hubs" near LBSU, which is not convenient to this location. So long story short, I roll in and the energetic and positive young lady (I totally forgot to ask her name) helped me sort through this mishap. She processed 13 of my 17 returns by individually scanning each Amazon QR code from my phone. She kindly explained that I'd selected the incorrect options for the remaining four items and recommended that I cancel the returns and attempt to select their store, if possible. She also offered to package up the remaining returns for their required fee but respected my decision to return home and package them myself for free. I wish I'd asked her name because she was really patient and helpful with me as I dumped a major return on her and made errors. She walked me thru the process to remedy this by looking at my Amazon account on my phone and walking me thru the correct steps to rectify my error. The best part is, I run home and come running back approximately two minutes prior to them closing their doors for the evening. In fact, as I'm hustling in, a male employee was headed to the front to close and lock their door. I asked him if it was okay and briefly asked for the young lady who'd prebuilt helped me an hour prior and he said she'd gone home for the evening but he'd happily help me. I was extremely apologia because I know what it's like to work retail all day and just want to get home. He reassured me a couple of times that no apologies were needed and he'd willingly help me. He proceeded to do so but I'd made another mistake. Three of my four returns required packing labels which needed to be physically printed out, unbeknownst to me. He willingly sent these labels to their printer for no fee by navigating thru my Amazon account on my phone. He went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciated his top-tier customer service!!! He could have sent me home packing again to resolve the matter on my own and rectify my own mistake, but instead he welcomed me in right as he was closing and assisted me without issue. THIS is excemptlimfied customer service and for that reason I had to acknowledge the professionalism of Tom. He didn't want to be personally recognized but he earned every bit of this positive review, to which I hope his management recognizes how much of an asset he is. Thank you, Tom! As I told him, there's not enough kindness and positive recognition these days...and I appreciate you, Tom!

    They have a Friendly, helpful & professional staff. I came for a single page printout. It's was $3.50 & I got it immediately.

    The only ups I've been to that charges $3+ to print their own label. Went to my regular location and they shipped it just fine.

    I would give this place a negative star if I could, all because of the guy I spoke to on the phone…read more This place was recommended to me by a buddy and since it's close by, I thought it would be perfect. I could barely ask a complete question as he kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Tried to tell him I was looking for estimates on simple signs that were budget friendly. I guess the words " budget friendly " annoyed him. He immediately told me to order from Amazon. I responded by thanking him for that suggestion but also let him know that I was more interested in what they could offer, especially because they were recommended by a friend who also added " you won't have to spend too much. His response " your business is not going to make or break me and I'm just trying to help you out." WTH! Where did that come from? So rude and unprofessional. If I wanted a sign from Amazon, I would have searched on Amazon. He wouldn't even allow me to complete a sentence! When I pointed this out, his response was " It's because I'm driving." Again WTH?! Why even answer the phone if you're driving and you're just going to be a a$$hole because you feel bothered?! Everyone talks trash about Amazon but look what happens when you try to support retailers in the community. I didn't ask for his advice! I asked for estimates! I'm not even paying the bill. The HOA is and they probably would have spent its worth to have some nice, professional signs around the building. Guess we'll never find out. At least not from this place. And judging by his accent... I think he prefers to deal with people who look like Tom or Becky anyway. IYKYK

At the time, I left a page size file to be printed later (10 on glossy stock). They insisted on giving me a quote. Fine. I had two days to get something printed for a show, and waited that day and half the next for a response. Nada. So I sent an e-mail (I was in yesterday, got this printed, left that file) to inquire about pricing. It was a nice e-mail too, not finger-pointy by any means. Also re-stated the e-mail address and left an additional phone number. Crickets. Nothing. I have a small business and it's critical to me to whom I give work, because I can't afford to make a second or third choice. Plus I want the (vendor, shop, whatever) to actually want the work and/or value the customer. Do I have the wrong haircut? Did i go full-Tourettes and suppress it away afterwards? Not sure why such a simple request couldn't be fielded but I had to scramble for Option B at the last minute, and was unable to do some things I needed for the show. Will not come back here. They were SO very busy that NO ONE in the shop could send an quick e-mail, text or a phone call? (See reply). Sorry, but it sounds like you decided to blow it off instead.
