Members will recive a wide variety of food harvested at its peak of ripeness, flavor, vitamins and mineral content. We are planting more than 30 vegetables, such as salad green; eggplant; peas; including pod, snap, and snow; tomatores of various varieties; sweet corn; peppers; broccoli; cucumbers; zucchini, along with fresh herbs, etc. A share will consist of enough for a family of four or a couple on a vegetarian diet. Half shares will be available. We also have a farm stand at the farm which is open to the public. In the fall we will have pick your own pumpkin along with fall harvest. You don't have to participate in the program though to purchase their produce. They have a farm stand there with extras which is done by the honor system. Takes you back to simpler times.
