I addition to removing the $400 for the battery I asked him to remove a $250 diagnostic fee that I never agreed to. So I asked him, I owe $250 whether or not we do business and he said yes. I asked him to remove it because I was never told by him that I would have to pay this fee. Then he makes the snide remark of " well I did not know I had to work for free today" What an ass. Be care of these people they are no good.

My car faced ongoing performance issues, and every time they failed to identify and address the problems. They replaced some components and did not resolve the main issues. This situation has been frustrating and financially burdensome, as I had to cover the expenses for repairs that should have been addressed under the car warranty sold by Palm Tree Auto Sales.

Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars at Total Tire, I no longer feel comfortable…read moretrusting them with my vehicle. I originally brought my car in because my A/C kept shutting off. I was told I needed a new A/C system, which cost over $3,000. When the same issue continued, I returned and was told there was a faulty part covered under warranty, but I still paid over $600 in labor. When the A/C started doing the same thing again, I returned and was told it was now a coolant-temperature sensor. I authorized the recommended repairs, including a coolant flush and other work, and paid $2,712.41 on 9/5/26. 9/15/26, I had to pull over because smoke was pouring from under my hood. I had the car towed back to Total Tire and was told a "freak accident" occurred, a piece of the cooling fan broke off and damaged my radiator. Nothing was covered, and I was charged another $2,603.24 for the radiator, fan, hoses and coolant. I'm not a mechanic, so I won't claim they caused the damage. However, after repeated repairs, the same original A/C issue, and over $5,300 spent in just 10 days, I feel extremely disappointed and taken advantage of. I would have expected more accountability or consideration given the circumstances. Based on my experience, I won't be returning and would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before authorizing major repairs here.

Went to RS for regular maintenance and lights that were going off on the dash such as brake light maintenance needed and auto start/stop maintenance. Fixed the lights, did the maintenance and trunk lift. 10 minutes into driving home my check engine light went on- this wasn't an issue until they touched my vehicle. 4 visits later and and an additional $1500 and to this day (weeks later) check engine light is on. Their response is that "Volvos are very complicated." You work on imports! Simply should have told me to just go to the dealership. Ferrari's and Range Rovers all around the yard yet can't figure out how to fix an issue you caused? Wasn't going to post but today I got into my car and went to use the purse hook- they broke that too and kindly placed it in the glovebox. Oh, asked why my tire rotation wasn't done as it wasn't on the Carfax or RO and claims "no charge." Wouldn't it still be on the RO and documented on Carfax? I've worked in a dealership I'm not a dummy. After spending over $3200 I now have to spend more and go to the dealership for an issue that was never an issue until I brought my vehicle to them. A complete waste of time, Ubers and money!
