It was one of those days! Just got off work had errands to run. Glad to think "almost home"! Right! Wait! No keys! Ugh! Left in the ignition?! No wifi connection either had to walk to BK. Have you ever googled something and a billion searches come up?! Well after calling some bogus number I see APEX lock and key. Decided to call after seeing review were 5 stars. I can only tell you the person was pleasant and ready to assist. We they arrived. Wow! I got the red carpet treatment and it took but a few moments when I was being handed my keys! And they were so perfessional , courteous, polite and amazing. Very respectful gentlemen! I have not had greater customer service than I had that day! Thank you again and I now have you in my contacts just in case I have one of those days again. Thank you gentlemen. I will let my friends know who to call in case they need a good lock smith. read more

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Nick went above and beyond to fix the lock on my 2004 Honda Civic. Apex Lock and key claim to be "Automotive Locksmith Experts." I'm pretty sure they are wizards. The key for my Civic had worn out, and as it worn out it stopped picking up the pins in the lock correctly. Eventually the pins started to wear. Then one of them bent. Then the key would not go in. Apparently its a thing for Honda vehicles from 2002 - 2012. Nick took the lock out of the door, took apart the lock, replaced the pins, and then cut a new key from the factory specs and coded it the same as my original key. In about an hour. For about 1/4 what the dealership wanted. I've never written a service review before. But, I've also never been this blown away by any service before. A+ Incredible. read more

Outstanding Service! My daughter needed her old key fobs erased, new key fobs programmed, and the driver's door re-keyed after her car was stolen in the Denver metro area. Alex was incredible from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain everything, provided a rough estimate upfront, and the final cost actually came in lower than expected. We had the car towed to him on a Saturday, and he completed everything that same day. What had been an extremely stressful situation became so much more manageable because of his professionalism and communication. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure we understood each step. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend Apex to anyone needing automotive locksmith services. Thank you, Alex! read more

I emailed Apex from their website for a quote to have remotes made for two cars. Nick gave me a call shortly after, asked me a few questions, and let me know the cost right then and there. They were out to my house in 30 minutes (this was around 9pm). Nick was very professional and very friendly. He explained everything to me thoroughly, and had me test the keys to make sure they worked. Quote was spot on. I would like to add that I got quoted by 9 other locksmiths in the area, and Apex was the most reasonably cost and gave me no bs like a couple others did. Unfortunately for me, I'm someone who loses keys more than a person should. Fortunately though, I have a locksmith that I trust, will use again, and will recommend to others. read more

Hands down 5 stars! Visiting from Florida, hanging out at a bowling alley, my keys flush down the toilet. (Don't ask!) He arrived in a hour and I asked for the cheapest key possible to be made since my rental car company was going to charge me 350 dollars for a lost key fee anyway. He suggested that I buy the more expensive exact duplicate model and see if the rental company would forgive the charges. He was RIGHT! As it stands, they say they will not charge me, but I don't return the car for 3 days so I guess time will tell. All in all, his services weren't the cheapest but should still save me 350-1000 dollars. The technician used to have a pizzeria; I bet it was delicious. :) read more

I lost my 2013 VW Jetta remote key. I called VW dealership and they gave me a very high price, plus I had to tow my car to them, and in addition to everything else it would take them 2 to 4 business days to do it. I thought I'd call around and see if there would be a locksmith that could do it. After calling 6 or 7 locksmiths that told me it couldn't be done I reached the guys from Apex. They came within 20 minutes off my call and I had a brand new OEM key with a remote within about 30 minutes... Wow... Thank you Nick and Cameron!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

When I called apex and got a quote they blew their competitors out of the water so I was expecting to get lower service because of the lower price but in this case that was not true. I was really impressed with the speed accuracy, and friendliness of the technician sent out to make a key for my car. I will be passing their number to all I know to obtain their services. I highly recommend this company for any locksmith needs. Thank you for all of your hard work. read more
