I waited for it to be serviced and towards the end, the technician came to me and said everything looks good, but he recommends a radiator flush and brake fluid flush, that the radiator fluid was low and evaporating so he topped it off and that could use a flush, and the brake fluid was green and it should be clear, so I'd need to get that flushed, too. He quoted the prices for those services on my receipt and I paid for what I thought was an oil change and a tire rotation, and I left. My son drove his truck the next day and said the tires weren't rotated. I looked at the receipt, and sure enough, I wasn't charged for a tire rotation. I looked closer at the receipt and it said front tires were at 35 and the rear tires were at 35. When I went to check the TP all tires were at 32, minus the front left that has a slow leak, it was at 29. The heck? These guys didn't even check the tires like the receipt said they did, much less rotate them (which has to be done at the 5 and 0 and the truck was at a 0- Hello??? Standard service at this milage AND I requested that it be done.) I called to let them know this morning what the deal was with the tires, and what the receipt said about the TP and they said they'd do better next time. My husband was doubting that the two flushes needed to be done, so he checked and found that the brake fluid was clear, not green like I was told, and the radiator fluid looks fine. According to a quick google search, radiator fluid should be flushed every 30-50k miles... The truck is at 70k and was incredibly well taken care of by my son's grandfather before he passed it on to my son. We had the tires replaced at Discount Tires this afternoon because the tread was to that point, but these guys missed it. I'm not sure where all the good reviews are coming from, but we definitely won't be returning because they didn't do the requested service, tried to upsell services, and put my son back in a vehicle that wasn't safe. Steer clear of this place.

I can get an eastern converter for 120.00. The front desk is Boy that should not be there. I went back and got the old catalytic converter.The Boy at the front desk exposed his true colors. So, I went from happy, to totally pissed off to happy…read more I stopped in on Sunday and was told they had 4 tires for my Sorrento, and they could put them on Monday at 1. I also wanted an oil change. I showed up before 1 on Monday and dropped my car off. I was told about 90 minutes and we'd be good to go. I returned at 3pm. Walked in, saw my car on the lift, oil change pan under it and assumed I'd be good to go shortly. Service writer tells me he doesn't have the tires in stock. Mind you it's been 2 hours since my appointment time. I was really not happy and not very pleasant as I voiced my dissatisfaction. Manager walked over and asked what was going on, and I told him in very few words what was going on... shit show. Manager looked at the service writer and asked if they had better tires in stock, and when was told yes, he told they guy to give me the better tires. I asked how long, they told me 45 minutes. I again returned at an hour and my car was just getting finished. I told the service writer it would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know about the delay. The Manager, John, made the right call to make sure I was satisfied. I was a previous Firestone customer. I left feeling satisfied, but not happy about the initial poor customer service. Hopefully they'll fix those things going forward.
