A large tree branch broke and fell on the roof and right fender of my 2010 Ridgeline. One of my neighbors had Bayside do two repairs for him and highly recommended them. Raymond of Bayside was surprised by the cost of the replacement roof, but the alternative of a used roof was not acceptable. Raymond went through the total project and said that there was a good chance that the windshield would be broken (it had to be removed for the repair). He would use someone from a windshield shop, but couldn't guarantee that the windshield wouldn't be broken. This gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and could be trusted. Unfortunately, the windshield was broken during the repair. However, the repair was great. The roof, right fender, and hood were totally aligned and the paint job was super. The headliner was replaced and looked like new. I did have a wind noise after the repair, which Raymond initially thought was from the roof rack. They spent a day checking it out, and found that they needed an adjustment to the windshield molding. This solved the wind noise. Bayside was very cooperative and friendly. I am really pleased with the job and highly recommend Bayside. read more

If you're going to wreck your car, or if someone else is going to wreck it for you, I say argue with your insurance company if you have to but trust me, this is the guy to fix it! First of all, Raymond and his wife are the nicest people!! They're trustworthy and I'm so grateful to know them. Fortunately, but unfortunately, I've been here several times! All after someone else hit me and always when I'm sitting still. Not sure what that's about but anyway, when he's done with it, you can never tell anything was wrong. If you are looking for a body shop look no further. My jeep SRT8 was a theft recovery and I was devastated to see it after we pickup it up from the police storage facility. They don't replace parts you bring them to install, then try to fix the damaged wires on the parts they didnt install with electrical tape. Also in my opinion they are expensive. I would look elsewhere. read more
