Alec went through the selection process in details with me, gave me thorough advice on the materials and color of the cabinets/countertops that meet our personal preference and also fit in my kitchen/my house as a whole. Reasonable pricing and flexible to work with. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable cabinets and countertops company.

We are giving them 5 stars and definitely would use them again and recommend them highly. Our first visit was on a Saturday morning and we went in to just take a look as we had no plans to remodel for another 18-24 months. We talked to Alec who answered all of our questions about how things work and schedule an appointment to come out and take measurements. We met with Alec once and Amy a few times fine tuning our design and choices. They were both professional and easy to work with. Although they offer a demo service, we needed to have some modifications done to our walls, which they do not offer, so we used our own demo guy. But we coordinated with Amy for her to come back out and do a final measure once the structural work was complete. We also changed the flooring so I had 3 contractors to schedule. Our cabinets came in on time and I was kept informed of delivery times and when to expect the installers and who would be coming. Everyone was on time and did a great job. We are thrilled with Design and Stone, with special thanks to Amy and Chloe for always being in touch and making good suggestions- not all of which we took!

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen from Better Than New Kitchens! After providing photos and…read moredimensions of our cabinets and drawers, we received an email estimate. Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. We really couldn't be any happier with Better Than New Kitchens, and we LOVE our new kitchen. I'd highly recommend working with this company!

We had a custom cabinet that was placed under a "desk" area we used as a bar and this created additional storage as well as a better design element. The pantry was updated with full pullouts and deep drawers were added to make the kitchen much more functional. Dan gave me a quote and a start date. OH MY! Price was fair and his team started when they said they would, finished when they said they would and cleaned everything! (My house was cleaner when they left then when they started! Highly recommend Dan and his team. We are very happy!!

We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowed us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. I'm satisfied with the price we paid. We received several quotes and as anyone should tell you, cheaper is not always better. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive however, I went with them because they were the only company that made it clear that in some cases they may choose to not do business with a customer. This, to me, spoke volumes because I'm sure any other home remodel company would gladly take your $.

Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on.
