Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. Adam, Nevada, along with Bernie the job foreman, and the rest of the crew, did outstanding and professional work completing the job very timely. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed. Nevada assessed the issue and quoted a very reasonable fix and completed the fix along with his son, and now our roof looks and functions better and we are ready for anything the monsoon season throws at us. We were still working on our baseboards and after deciding to go with Gilbert's, we contacted them and let them know the situation and Graham was in no hurry and gave us advice on how to finish them so the painters could prep them prior to painting. On the day they began we had to consolidate as much as possible and this was uncomfortable but necessary so the painters could prep and tape off since we did ceilings also. The job took about 5 days and then one touch up day. Overall, the amount of work and the finished product was a good value and I will likely be hiring them for future projects.
