There was a problem with the wiring and they were able to place a temporary pump in the system until they could get the parts they need to fix it. They returned the next business day and within an hour had everything refurbished and working as good as new. He explained the system has a reservoir and I only had to do so, once or twice a month. That was a relief. Another time, we were out of the country and our neighbor called to say the alarm went off. Then year 3, this year, they did not return a call where I was asking about renewal and then told me they are not accepting new customers. My contract expired on 8/12 today is 8/28, I called two weeks ago to find out why they had not renewed, no one called me back but now they are not accepting "new" customers. I am not a new customer. I am a pissed off existing customer who is now becoming former customer. The administrative personnel have no clue what they are doing. I am moving on to your competitor. I do not recommend this service.
