Promptness: 5/5 When he arrived (exactly on time), he realized that the job wasn't a huge job and he could get it done in ~30 mins. Given that a storm was headed to sunny Seattle, I figured having a clean gutter was somewhat urgent, so I hired him on the spot. After he completed his work, he took photos of the cleaned gutter and flushed it out with water to ensure nothing was clogged. Quality: 5/5 After Xzavier finished his work, others reached out through Yelp and gave me some quotes as well, and all of them were higher than what I paid! Value: 5/5 Overall, I'm very glad that Xzavier came out and cleaned my gutters for me. 10/10 would hire him again!!

I really appreciated that they took the extra time to clean up the bits a debris that came off the roof. We plan to have them return in the fall to install guards on our gutters and again next spring for a cleaning or at least an inspection. I've already referred them to our neighbors as well. Kudos to J&J Roofing for a job well done and we really appreciate them taking the time to respond with a quote, they landed a loyal customer.
