We came here from 2 separate recommendations from my sister and nephew , they both had their tints here and mentioned their price was fair and their tints looked great and were happy with the results. Lo and behold the price that was quoted over the phone were incorrect, here we stood at the front desk and we were up charge by $80 . We did questioned the price difference the gentleman said, it's not included with the front windshield . ( my gripe here is trained the staff, especially who ever answered the phones to be transparent with pricing.) As we waited I over heard the conversation with an employee and another customer, the $80 windshield is not included in their $150 quote , customer stated he knew the price quoted is minus the windshield price . ( then I questioned my husband's hearing or their miscommunications over the phone ) Besides that the gentleman at the desk was helpful in guiding us with making decisions on the different shade of tint for our car . We initially came in for 70% ceramic tint, the gentleman explained it wouldn't make any difference from what we already have. He recommended going with 20% or 35% since we didn't want the windows to be super dark . We were indecisive and after taking the samples outside to compare in front of our car windows , it was clear the gentleman was absolutely right. We went ahead with his recommendation and purchased a 35% grade, Not too dark and not too light . shade . Wait time is anywhere from 1-2 hours , we sat in the waiting room with a movie on screen lounging on the leather recliner seat sofa . We asked if he honored any discounts for referrals , he gave us a $10 discount with no sales tax . As we drove a few blocks home we noticed there were black speck or glue marks on the windshield . We turned around to have the matter looked over, the same gentleman we dealt with apologized for the black speck , as soon as one of the employee finished working on an existing car we would be next. Less than 35 minutes our windshield was fixed .

I have a 2025 Odyssey minivan, but I see Mercedes, BMW, & Tesla customers too. I read others' reviews saying they found glass bits not vacuumed up. Well, I didn't have any, but prepared for it by removing all my stuff in front so it'll be easy to clean.

Honestly I was not expecting an answer until later that morning, but man did that quick reply make me happy. All my Q&A were done with Juan V. There were no changes to the estimate he gave me, and I didn't try to bargain. So the price that was discussed stayed the same. Made all arrangements through Yelp messenger and later provided my phone number, so Victor could call me before and upon arrival. Let's give you guys so bullet points to narrow down my experience. *Service: 5/5 Victor was polite, nice and did not waste anytime. There was a little set back with the glass, and that delayed the set time of appointment, but he apologized (not that I was demanding or expecting one) and explained why. So make sure to give them a ring 30 mints or so before appointment to verify the time. He took about 30-35 mints to remove and install the new windshield. *Glass quality: I know nothing of glass to be completely honest. It looks like the old one minus the cracks, so it's good enough for me. *Tips: *¡PAY CASH! *Make sure you're not parked next to a tree. Both front doors need to open fully (Sorry Victor). After installation: You can drive your car. Don't remove tape until next day. Can't wash your car for 48 hrs. Change your windshield wipers to avoid scratches on your new, shiny windshield. DO NOT DRIVE BEHIND SEMIS ON FREWAY!!

I didn't know when my next off day would be. Much to my dismay no one who replied had the availability for that day. I let everyone who replied know that I didn't have any foreseeable days off . The representative at Right Way Auto Glass had a good heart and understood the situation I was in. He drove to the City Of Industry to get the windshield, and then to my place in the Inland Empire. I know that drive and I'm so happy he was willing to do it. The communication was great, he let me know what time he was going to be at my place and he called me 15 minutes before. I promise you y'all it only took him about 10 minutes to put on my windshield. He saved the day!!!

Very reasonable price for a chip and not needing to replace whole window. I was able to book appointment Tuesday and they explained everything and offer warranty. Finished job came out great, can only tell if you look closely.
