Like you, I sent estimates to all the shops through Yelp and everyone is fairly close in price for similar tint types. Scott was the only one of the multiple companies that not only answered my questions thoroughly in the estimate, but followed up days later with a text, wanting to know if I was still interested in moving forward. They tinted every window, sunroof and windshield with the ceramic tint. After the car was done and they brought it outside, I had to immediately jump on an important Zoom meeting for 30 minutes. If you are curious about the ceramic tint keeping out heat, I sat in my car the whole time with the car off, in the sun (78* outside), and the inside of the car did not get hot!! Customer service was 5 star. Scott goes above and beyond to earn and keep your business. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience, and will no longer need to submit a Yelp Estimate Request in the future for window tint.
