He is easy to talk to when it comes to getting your car tinted but. As far as warranty work, he doesn't entertain you, and always have different excuses every time. I was referred to Robert and his team by a coworker of mine who has received excellent service from…read morethem over the years. Robert and Issac did an excellent job with the the full ceramic tint job they had completed for my Tesla Model 3. They got the task done quicker than expected and the tints came out great as I've had the opportunity to drive with them over this past weekend. Furthermore, I'd like to give a special mention to the both of them as well for the instance that after my tint job was completed, a kid who was messing around with a drone next door flew it into the front of my car leaving a noticeable scratch. Robert did not hesitate to help me out and service the minor damage on the spot free of charge making it look like nothing happened. Could not recommend his services enough and will be back in the future for his top tier services.

The tint gives the truck a much cleaner, more finished appearance, and it really helps cut down on glare and heat while driving. From the inside, visibility is still great, and from the outside it adds that extra layer of privacy I was looking for. You can tell the installation was done right--no bubbles, no peeling, just smooth and even all around. Definitely happy with the upgrade. If you're on the fence about tinting your windows, I'd say go for it--it's one of those small changes that makes a big difference.

Luckily, if you pay via credit card, you will get a refund for poor service. From my experience, the tint job was sloppy. There was tiny wrapping left on the floor and along the back window. What is worse was when my headrest were not returned back to the right spot. My middle headrest was put on the sides. Does that even make sense? The middle one is clearly the smaller one. The time it took was longer than mentioned and when you question it, all Mark says it's because "good work takes time" but in fact he is just taking on another car. Look at my picture, those are bubbles from after a month. Asked mark to have it fixed, I keep getting a run around. Now he claims I do not have an invoice which I never received. This guy is a bully, fraud, and cheat! BBB has been notified by their poor business practices. This guy gonna lie and ask for an invoice, which he will never create when he knows the job is shoddy. My option is go ELSEWHERE. Make a smart choice and go somewhere legitimate. Remember if the price is low, so is the quality. This guy claims to have many years of service but only has reviews from last year. FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!!

After a month of consideration, I decided to provide my review. I am awarding five stars for…read morecustomer service, five stars for professionalism, and five stars to Nick, the owner, and his entire team. Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my seats had not been shampooed. There was also still bird poop on the roof, so I'm unsure whether the exterior received a full wash or was simply wiped down. He seemed rushed and mentioned that he had another appointment. If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.
