Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

Nick showed up on time and was friendly and informative. However, I specifically requested and was…read morequoted for an interior shampoo, but instead, he provided the service he thought was best. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my seats had not been shampooed. There was also still bird poop on the roof, so I'm unsure whether the exterior received a full wash or was simply wiped down. He seemed rushed and mentioned that he had another appointment. If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

My wrap is still holding up great, and honestly, this was probably the best decision I made because I had an accident where a car on the other side of the highway hit the divider, and debris from it hit me on the opposite side. My 2007 Tundra was in dire need for a complete renovation, even though the total miles (70k) are still very low. The truck just looked dated. I explained several ideas that I had in mind to give my truck a facelift and the Wrap Legacy team contributed with several additional recommendations. The entire project took approximately one month, but it was well worth the wait. The group at Wrap Legacy exceeded my expectations by doing a phenomenal job, bumper to bumper! Most of the components (tint, moldings, wheel, brakes, bumpers, wrap, etc.) were all completed by Wrap Legacy. As you can see in the other two photos, my son was so impressed with my job, he decided to change the wrap on his IS500 Launch Edition during this same one-month period and they did not disappoint! In fact, his wrap was recognized and raved about from several people. Wrap Legacy actually offered up this recommended color and the finished product was exceptional. The quality and overall value cannot be beat. You absolutely must consider them for your next wrap or other jobs to give your vehicle a well-deserved facelift. I have ZERO regrets and will definitely return as well as recommend them.

Eleven years into my…read morebusiness, I was finally able to invest in making that dream come to life -- including getting it wrapped. And I knew if I was going to do it, I was going to **go big or go home!** From my very first interaction with Brian, I felt like I was going to be taken care of by someone who genuinely cared. He was personable, attentive, and made the entire process feel comfortable and exciting. I told him I wanted my van to **POP**, I went through quite an experience but ultimately they absolutely delivered! The design is completely **on point** and has truly upleveled my business and my brand. Hamza knocked it out of the park with the design, and the finished product is even better than I imagined. He's also a super sweet guy. I get **so many compliments** on my van everywhere I go, and it has become such a great representation of my business. I honestly stand in awe and joy every time I see it. I do want to mention that there were a couple of issues with the initial installation being done improperly, and communication could have been better during that part of the process. But was impressed and grateful that **they stood behind their work**. They made it right, and the correction was done **to a T** by their most meticulous installer. In the end, they completely redeemed the experience. Even during the correction process, I could see the strength of their team. Although communication wasn't always where I would have liked it to be, and I wish I could take back the sleepless nights, it was clear that everyone was working together behind the scenes to correct the discrepancies and make sure the final product was right. **Thank you, Gatorwraps for making it right and for making my vision come to life!** You took something I had dreamed about for years and turned it into something that brings me joy every single day.
