So first off I should tell you that I've been in the Window Film/PPF/Wrap business my whole life. 30+ years actively mainly focusing on automotive Window Tinting but I have a lot of knowledge of everything that GatorWrap's has to offer. Pretty good service I really like brandy she's very nice and attentive. Really helped me out wrapping my two work vans and Can am. I was gonna leave 3-4 stars only cause Thomas the manager gave me an estimate to wrap my Utv, and I saw him at the sand sports show the next weekend. And I asked him how much to wrap my utv ( pretending I hadn't gotten an estimate from them yet ) he offered a "show special" 200 dollars off. All he did was up the estimate 200 dollars and mark it down so it was the same price he has told me earlier in the week there was no discount lol. I than told him he had already gaven me a quote for the same price. He gave me his card and said to call him that following Monday and he would honor the "200"discount. Called him left him voicemails never called me back completely ignored me. So as far as Thomas yeah he's not a very good manager 0 stars for him. I've wrapped three vehicles within a year. I think he could a been a bit more professional with me. Gator wraps is a good company satisfied with there work. Brandy is the best and I really was impressed with her customer service.
