This storage lot is relatively inexpensive (compared to others in the east valley) but anything that you store here is at risk. Mine is not an isolated occurrence, evidenced by other reviews.

You can socialize with neighbors or keep to yourself, your choice, I mostly stay to myself and it's very pleasant here. Year rate is the way to go, there was a raise to it a year back, I hope no further raises for a few years . I recommend you pay 2 or more years in advance to be sure you lock in current price. I really enjoy it here, been here going on 3 years now. There is no issues with sewer like someone posted many years ago, that was a one off issue it sounded like, 3 years now and everything is great here, no issues. Management is always doing various upgrades and maintenance. Highly recommend you grab a spot and do yearly, do it quick before there are no spots available. Best price on propane is right around the corner on Ironwood, closed to all stores, great convenient location.

It looks like some people rent out front garages to work on vehicles and such and the units go through into the gated storage area. Behind their garage and in another area, there are junk vehicles being kept there. Our unit was by those cars. I was a little uncomfortable with that part. We had our stuff in storage for only a short time with no problems.
