This is a long review but take your time to read if you don't want to WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company will rush through your service to get to the next one and take no responsibility afterwards. On the last week of December, 2022 I hired ANYTIME SEPTIC to come inspect and pump my tank as I started having issues with toilet backing up and gurgling pipes. They came on the same day I called, and my husband stayed with them the whole time, specifically asking if there was anything wrong with the septic system. According to the technician, the septic was perfectly fine and had no problems. He suggested we buy the enzymes to help with the breaking up of solid waste so our septic could keep working smoothly, and after the enzymes, we paid $600 for the service. They came and went in less than 15 mins. We thought that the service was rushed but since it was our first time ever hiring a septic company, we didn't think much of it. On the last week of January 2023, we started having the same problems with the toilet and pipes which is weird because it had been barely a month since we had our septic serviced. We went to look at the tank, and noticed that the lid was not properly closed or sealed at all, with a clear gap between the ground and the lid, which means that every single time it rained during the month of January, our septic tank was getting filled up with rain water. I called the company and they couldn't have cared less. After calling 5 times, I was finally able to reach the manager (JAMES), that proceeded to tell me that according to their report, my septic was defective and malfunctioning, and they had found large amounts of grease in our tank (which is crazy because I neverrrrr pour grease down the drain. Also that was never mentioned at the time of visit). The receipt paper that we received had absolutely no mention of a defective septic tank, and they sold me a full year supply of enzymes which they shouldn't do if they expected my septic to not be working after another month. I SENT THEM VIDEOS OF THE CLEAR LID GAP with sewage running out of it, and they ignored it. He tried to give me the run around talking about ground saturation, traditional vs aerobic septics, Montgomery county regulations, yadda yadda, ultimately trying to talk enough to confuse me. I told him that whether or not my septic is defective is besides the point. The fact is that the report that he supposedly has is different than the one I received both written and verbally, and his technician failed to provide me information that according to them, he apparently already knew at the time of the visit. He said the technician performed a relief pump but that he already knew I was going to need a new septic based on the condition of the one I currently have. He then proceeded to tell me that they could come back to perform another pumping for $350 instead of the $450 that it costs without the cost of the enzymes. I told him that this is completely unprofessional, and I should report them because they should be offering me free service or a refund since their technician failed to provide the customer with the information they're paid to provide AND also didn't properly close the septic lid. He laughed and said that he's not one of those people on welfare and food stamps but I must be since I'm calling and asking for freebies. He then said that if I want to report them I can go ahead and do so but I should know that he's been in the business for 25 years, and he knows enough people in the county to condemn my house if he wants to, so he could pull his strings and we would see who has more strings to pull. I was appalled by the way he felt comfortable saying those things to me. These people clearly get away with this all the time if they're comfortable talking to a customer in that manner. I am not on welfare or food stamps, and even if I was, it's none of his business. And I surely wasn't asking for freebies. I was asking them to do what I paid them $600 to do a month prior. The cherry on top was him telling me that he doesn't know why the technician didn't tell me what he found since he wasn't there himself to see, but that the technician starts the day with 20+ jobs, and that he could've been cold or it could've been raining or maybe too hot so maybe he didn't have time to talk but ultimately there was nothing they could do about it now, and I could take it or leave it on their $100 discount. At that point, I requested that they sent me a copy of the report they supposedly had but of course, that was never received. I contacted a different company that came out the same day, confirmed that my septic was CLEARLY left open by the previous company, explained the process and pumped my tank, and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my septic. It's now December 2023 (a whole year later) and my septic is still functioning perfectly well, meaning it was never defective to begin with. Save your money and call a different company. read more

They came out to pump my septic tanks. They over charged me and when my regular quarterly company came out a month later he said and showed me how they did not clean out the tanks how they should have and did not fully pump the tanks. I send an email but so far crickets. 4 bedroom house on a system 4 years old as you can see from the picture they ripped me off and didn't fully clean the tank. Anytime has bought so many other septic companies, you don't know who you'll get when you call. Don't expect to get an answer on the weekends. I called with a pretty serious issue yesterday morning, they didn't show up until ten and half hours later. They didn't have the equipment to fix it. They told me they would sent a crew THIS morning between 8 and 12. No one called, no one ever showed up. I have a serious issue and they completely left me in the lurch. They provided quick but high price service. They requested my credit card number and the security code on back of the card. Couple months later I've had many, many fraudulent charge attempts on my card. They had all the information they needed to commit online fraud but my credit company caught it. This is the only company that i provided the security code on my credit card. They attempted to charge my credit card with thousands of dollars online. E.I. Facebook charges, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pizza Hut, and others. Make sure to check all charges on your cards used to pay this company. I was charged for pumping a 1500 gallon tank. My tank only holds 750 gallons. I complained, they gave me the runaround. Employee according to email was Jenna. I have a service agreement. They were supposed to take a picture when they came out as evidence of work done. Recently they decided to discontinue this. I emailed to complain and they responded it was only a "verbal agreement" and ended the sentence with a smiley face. Of course since they haven't come out to do any service agreement work it doesn't matter anyway. read more

They will steal you're money and ask for it in cash so you can't get it back is a very fraudulent company. And didn't provide no service. A lawsuit will be filed against this company. They did not install crap and charging like they did something. I did my research and a permit cost is $77.33 on Texas 2018 Code Enforment permit Fee and you're charging you're design for $800. I understand there was work hours put on to filing the permit. In my original receipt says the permit cost is $975.00 if the permit fee is 77.33 you. And I payed you $4,000 in cash as a down payment because you told me if you pay me in cash I give you a economic price. At the end I got a $1,200 checked mail to me because she knew what she was doing scamming me. No work was provided and she refuses to pay me back the rest what I'm asking is for $3,000 not $1,200. Called in for a routine cleaning of a 750 gallon tank. They sucked one the settlement chamber, skimmed the aeration chamber and the clear water tank and it was MT. Charged me for a 1500 gallon vacuum. read more

This weekend we found out that the pump to the septic system was broken. We had standing water in the yard and our toilets and sinks starting making a bubbling noise. We started panicking. This is ALL new to us. We called around to find a company that come out and fix it. Anytime Septic Solutions company came out and replaced pump, pump tank, and raised the riser. We were so grateful. Today we found out that we were overcharged by $1800-$2000. They took Advantage of us. That's ridiculous and really upsets me. NEVER CALL Anytime Septic Solution. read more

THEY OVERCHARGED, DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE AND DISAPPEARED! Anytime Septic Solutions charged $870 for a service of septic tank overflow in Magnolia, TX. The service was not done correctly and the tank overflowed again 3 hrs after service. Anytime Septic Solutions did not warrantied the work and never showed up on location after several calls to attempt to get this correctly fixed for us. We called A&G Septic and they fixed the same issue for $400. A&G found that Anytime Septic Solutions did not install correctly the piping system, and it broke after first pump start. We tried to get answers from the owner of Anytime Septic Solutions and he never talked to us. He left a message saying that the money was not refundable without any supporting reasons. We asked for full refund of our money as we did not get any solution in return of our payment. So far, NO WORDS FROM THEM. I am filing a case against them as we cannot let people like that abusing clients in need of a service. By the way, the owner is calling me just now because of my reviews on other sites, and he just yelled at me with the most lowest and awful language. THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT! read more

Absolute Horrible Customer Service! And Rebecca, who purports to be the owner, does not care. I had service done and told them to call me when it was complete so that I could pay. When they called back I was not in a place to tell them my CC information and told them I would call back. Not even 5 minutes passed by when I started to receive calls and text messages stating they would come back and dump all the fecal matter on my property unless I paid. I was livid. When I could finally make the call back to pay I asked to speak to the manager, who again Rebecca claimed to be: manager, owner, horrible customer service etc. And told them I was not pleased about the text message or the calls when I told them I would call back, and not even 5 minutes elapsed for me to make that call back. I will NEVER use them again. Any company that would treat customers like crap (pun intended) should not get your hard earned money. AVOID this company (Anytime Septic Solutions - ASS for short) at all costs. The owner, James Sullivan, is completely unprofessional (as is his office manager, Rebecca and his service Technician, Jose) and they do NOT provide quality or proper service. My situation: I bought a house where they supposedly inspected the septic system and signed off that is was in operating order. I have the receipt from the seller that states this. The system was nowhere near in operating order. The sprinklers would not even pop up as the timer was broken. The defuser was broken and the tank that holds water was filled almost to the top. There are burnt wires wrapped around one pipe. I have pictures and proof and a statement from another reputable septic provider as my backup. I called ASS (such an appropriate shortening of the name) to share how it was not operating and that another septic company had identified issues that they should have fixed. (Note: Aero-Septic is AWESOME) and the owner, James Sullivan, would not listen at all. He was defending his service tech without even listening to anything I said. Actually, he would not let me say anything about the pics I sent to them or what we saw when there on property looking at the system. He was yelling, yes, yelling at me and being a complete jerk. Ironically, he started his call with "I don't take advantage of women like most other septic companies do and I have built my company on integrity." THAT is a huge lie. His treatment of me showed he has no respect for customers or women and there is not much, if any integrity in his entire thought process. I know there is not much I can do about what they did to us and I will have to eat the cost of getting everything fixed, but please AVOID this company and save yourself a lot of grief and frustration.
