Had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with Texas Fabricators. I dropped my boat off with…read moreAndrew Narvaez the owner to repair a small puncture in the pontoon. He had the boat for a week and then told me the repair was done and I needed to Zelle him for payment which I did. We arranged a time for me to pick up the boat, and when I arrived the gate was locked and Andrew would not answer his phone. I left and the following morning Andrew told me that his shop had been broken into, his welding equipment was stolen, he was unable to refund my money, and he could not return my boat because the police were now involved and it was part of an ongoing investigation. Then he told me the gate to his shop was damaged and he couldn't get my boat out. All of this was untrue. I waited outside of his shop all day long and not a single officer was around. Andrew refused to answer my phone calls and said that he was busy "giving a police report." I had to get law enforcement involved to get my boat back and I was told that there was no reported break-in at his shop. When I got my boat back the repair was not done. Instead, there was a large patch, much larger than needed, haphazardly applied, and not even completed. Additionally, his welding equipment was sitting right next to the boat and the gate opened right up. I had to take the boat to another welder to remove the poorly applied patch and redo the entire thing. Andrew never gave me my money back. I DO NOT recommend Texas Fabricators or Andrew Narvaez.

I contacted Texas Fabricators to perform a small, less than a minute, welding job. I was asked to…read morebe at the shop by 8. I arrived at 7:55am. I texted them at 8:15 to let them know that I was still parked outside of the gate. I received a text back, Ok - I'm late- like 10. I called, no answer. I texted back, 10 minutes or 10 o'clock? No answer. Since the shop was 40 minutes from my house, I didn't want to drive home and turn around and drive back. So I sat there till 10:10. I sent another text asking are you on your way? Text response "yes". At 10:38, I sent a text letting them know that I was done! I then got a text back that their car died and they were stranded on the side of the road. I understand unforeseen circumstances that come up, BUT what I don't understand, is the total lack of communication. It really felt like my small job, that they were going to charge $120, wasn't worth their time. I will not be contacting them if I have any future needs for welding services. We are done! I found a shop out of Conroe that performed the work for me. They charged less and the actual welding took less than a minute. They helped disconnect my four batteries and reconnected them when the job was completed. They gave me water and Gatorade while I waited. Use Big Pete's Welding instead.

I have experience with water wells, owning four wells for over 50 years. AAA Water Well is the only…read morewell company I trust and use. They are head and shoulders above anyone else I've used in the past. A professional engineer recommend them to me about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them. From installing new wells, to repairs, to follow up warranty work, I can find no fault. Not their fault, but I had a major water tank fail do to a manufacture defect about a year after install, and they came out happily and replaced it for free, including labor. They say what they say they are going to do, and their price is alway very fair. They are very experienced, and workmanship is superior. It is hard today to find anyone that takes pride in their work, puts ethics at the top of their list, and really cares about doing the right thing for their customers. I could not be happier with this rare find of a quality company. The technician Zach mostly services my wells, but all the staff has been superb. David Flory

He stated they could repair today and would send a technician. Technician called and I repeated what I had told Barry. He stated it was probably a bad pump. Technician arrived in a mini van ,checked system and said I really can't tell you anything more than you told me but I think it is a bad pump. Then he stated they didn't have any pumps today. I stated why did they show up if they couldn't repair pump. Technician spoke with Barry and said they would try and find a pump or borrow one from a competitor but nothing was for sure. At this point I received a call from Hildebrandt's Well Service who stated they could be there in an hour and repair even if it was a bad pump. I told technician I had to have fixed today and was using another company. He spoke with Barry again and stated he would have to bill $145.00 for coming out. As I payed him, he apologized several times for having to bill me when in reality they did nothing. I explained I was not angry with him and when things didn't go as they should , that was what YELP was for. Barry took this call knowing they could not repair and in my opinion was just trying to generate income from a service call.

He came by and said before he couldnt truly diagnose it until we needed to unplug our fridge for at least 24 hours to make sure the fan was frozen.. We did exactly what he said , we had the fan unfrozen and he came out a week later (at no charge) and said the fan was not working. He then diagnosed the fridge with bad fan and states the fan would be $187.42 with $100 labor fee (which we paid)...i was totally fine paying it. He then ordered the part and came back and installed it at which it still didn't work.. we reached out to him again and stated that it still wasn't working and he said it's probably the temp sensor (which he stated he would replaced at no charge bc it went included in original dx). He said he used his tools and it was cooling perfectly (he was only in the house for 10 min so he couldn't even tell if my fridge had even cooled down, he also did something to the sensors where my fridge said it was 31 degrees) I knew when he left he was full of shit, my fridge spoiled milk so fast and he said when he left It was cooling. Once again I gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave it an entire 24 hrs I texted him after that and said "my fridge still isn't cooling what can we do about a refund" He has yet to reply, thank god for my bank who is disputing it as we have all the proof Dont use rustic river services
