Kristen Ord 2 reviews If I could negative star this I would.. So a bit of a long winded post about well repair: In 2021 our bladder tank went bad in the garage. We hired Sweet water well. He replaced our bladder tank with a visibly different sized tank. When I questioned him about it, he assured me that it was the same size tank, and compatible with my system. It was just a newer model and therefore looked different. Flash forward to yesterday.. 2024 i wake up and I have no water. (You don't know me but I work 40-48hrs a week alternating times of days, nights and overnights. So often when I get up to shower there is no one open I can call. I am also a single mom) I get home from work understanding there is a water issue and I call the phone number that's on my bladder tank, as I know he has done work for me before. Sweet water well service comes back out and diagnosed a pump failure. He then proceeds to tell me the part that I need and his quote. When he sends me the part number I immediately google it. I can purchase it online for between 1k and 1500k. He quoted me 3000 for that part and then 1500 in labor, not accounting for wiring and tubing which would cost about another 1000 dollars. Bringing the total to 5800 with tax. When I asked him why he couldn't match the online price of the pump he became very defensive and rattled off to me about owning a small business and big box stores. At this point I paid him for his time and asked him to leave my property. I started calling around and taking quotes from other companies in the area. All companies were less than half of his costs, the highest being 2900 the lowest being 2000. I met in the middle with the best choice I've made in home repairs thus far. Not only did they charge me a fair price but after discussing and discovering what had happened at the property they outfitted the control box and bladder tank to match the new pump free of charge. They indicated that behavior like the behavior of the company of sweet water well service sickens them as they have women in their life that are divorced or widowed, and they do not like people getting taken advantage of. Anyway I can't recommend them enough for any well issues. They went above and beyond for me. read more

We had Sweetwater out to repair a leak on our well about 60 days ago. The next day the leak began again, but our well was old so we weren't terribly upset, and allowed them to replace it with a newer, smaller tank. They left all the wiring exposed, propped the pipes up with an extra pvc under one (not attached, just tucked under) and asked for $1200 and were on their way. Since then, we've had poor water pressure, but wrote it off to the smaller tank. NBD Follow up to 8/13/2020 and our water stops working completely. We call them and they say they'll be out in an hour. Never show, never call. We call them and they say they'll be out at 9am the next day. Never show, never call. Call them and it's going to be "45 min." Never show, never call. Call them and now it's "2 more hours." At this point we've been without water for almost 24 hours. My husband and I are in our thirties, we can thrive ok and make it work, our moms are in their sixties and our children need running water, if only to flush the toilets and wash our hands. I call another company to get someone out asap and asked my mom to call Sweetwater and tell them never mind, we've called someone else. The man responded to my 68 year old mother calling her a "FU**ING B**CH" and said he was sick and tired of her S**T and proceeded to berate her over the phone. I can deal with poor communication. I can deal with crappy work. I can deal with a lot of stuff, but you don't get to go psycho on an old woman and get away with it. Please be aware of how they treat people. read more

Donnie screwed my mother and I out of $6,000. He took our money and never installed our well. He utilized every excuse in the book, including stating our dirt was too hard to drill through. After Donnie screwed us, we hired Ballard. They had our well installed within a month. They are the company I would recommend. Donnie pay us back our $6,000, that includes the cost of having to file against you and your company with the courts. read more

I found this company online and seen their reviews on their account claimed to be the best service they have ever had, I seen that they had decent prices. So i reached out and spoke to Mr Donny first off his website said 89$ service call plus 10% off the first visit, he tried to tell me it was going to be 170$ service call, so i asked him about the deal and he stumbled a bit over his words saying he could do the 89 but that was an old ad and that the 10% was off the service call he would charge me the full price on parts and labor super contradicting. but i agreed bc of him saying it would be less than 200$ fix and he was supposed to send some one out to look at my well pump and fix it for me and here is where it all begins lack of communication and much much more, mind you i am 8 and a half months pregnant and i told him this when i spoke to him on the phone. I have 2 young girls and my mom at home, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and a horse which whom all need water. He said he would have someone out there to my house when i spoke to him at 9 am, i messaged him at 11am, 130pm, 430pm, asking would i get a message when someone is on their way he said yes that they had a job in Houston with some problems i completely understood that, i asked would it be that same day, he said yes, i then finally asked at 7 almost 8pm at night should i still be expecting someone to show up he responded in confusion they still haven't showed up ma'am? i said no almost 9 pm now he tells me his guys are stuck in Houston broke down and that was understandable. So i reached out the following morning to ask when can someone come out and Mr Donny has been ignoring my calls and messages all day here it has been 2 days with no water and he wont even update me as to what is going on. WORST customer service i have ever experienced! i do NOT recommend them to any one their website is wrong!! a simple im sorry we wont be able to service you can you find someone else would suffice but no im just being completely IGNORED and here it is almost 1pm, and it shows when the messages are being read he ready my message from last night and has not read either of the 2 i sent this morning/afternoon it is now going on 48 plus hours of us not having any running water!! read more
