I do not recommend Rellim. My well went down called several well service companies, then called Rellim. The two men that came out told me my pressure tank and jet pump were bad. They suggested a pump that wouldn't need a pressure tank. The next morning when they came out, they did not show me the pump to be installed, they quickly cut the old system out and installed the pump, before I could check out the pump they chose for ratings. They checked the system and were out of here lickity split when they got my check. Here's the kicker. They charge $150.00 to come out and give you an estimate. The bill came to $2243.00, the pump was a scala2 very poor reviews, the receipt they Email is simply a letter head and the amount you paid, no warranty, no information on what work was done, or time spent doing the job. Found out the pump I could have gotten at home depot for around $700.00 they were here for maybe an hour. So the only reason I can figure is I paid $2000. for the pump and $243.00 for labor. They also left the system leaking. I called back about the leaking was told they would be out that evening to fix it. They never called and never showed up. If Trent shows up at your gate don't let them in. I highly recommend McKnight's Water Well Service. read more
