Ballard Wells dug a well for my neighbor 1 1/2 miles from my house. Our property is split, so anyone going to my neighbors have to drive right by my house. A phone call to the company was pretty much useless as I was told I must have used them in the past (they have no record of me ever using them.) We will be putting a lock on our well house. Do not come on my property again!!!

B&R Water Well installed our water well about six years ago and did a fantastic job. August of 2023…read morethe well quit pumping water so I called B&R to come check it out. They sent our Lenny and a helper to trouble shoot the issue and they ended up having to pull the pump (360') and found a dime size hole in a coupling near the pump. Lenny replaces most of the couplings and sent the pump back down. We now have water again with great pressure. Lenny was a very hard worker and is very Professional. He worked without taking a break for over eight hours in 108-degree temperature without any shade. I highly recommend B&R.

Periodically if your water table under your residence goes out then that is the big drawback of not having a public supply. These things I heard to build I was told can range from $6k to $10 depending on build and other obvious factors. Meet B-E water well service and repair. I have been dealing with this company since I moved into my home in 1993. Since then I have had to utilize their services three times and the first thing I can say is they are prompt and reasonable. B - E used to be owned by a guy named Ed until he passed away maybe a decade ago but his wife has since taken over. This is not changed the venue of the company and in fact probably has gone on without a hiccup. My pump went out for the second time in twenty years and the last time I did not have the money to get another system installed. They still put a new pump in for me and told me to pay them before August (This was back in February) and everything would be ok. One cannot get this kind of service from a regular company. I think she/they understood the need for the children in the house to have the necessities of water. The cost both times to get this fixed was around $2,500. This was including raising the structured room that sat on top of the pump housing, lifting the pipe about 100 feet in the air, adding more pipe to match the level to where the water table is underground, replace pump, reinstall and rewire the pump and a few little miscellaneous I can not recall. This company will always have my business as long as I live here and I hope they continue to make their customers feel like people instead of just income statistics. Kaltenbrun.

They are head and shoulders above anyone else I've used in the past. A professional engineer recommend them to me about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them. From installing new wells, to repairs, to follow up warranty work, I can find no fault. Not their fault, but I had a major water tank fail do to a manufacture defect about a year after install, and they came out happily and replaced it for free, including labor. They say what they say they are going to do, and their price is alway very fair. They are very experienced, and workmanship is superior. It is hard today to find anyone that takes pride in their work, puts ethics at the top of their list, and really cares about doing the right thing for their customers. Spoke with Barry at AAA WATER WELL and explained water well not working and as this is a business I…read moreneed to get repaired today. I told him I had checked electrical and it was good. He stated they could repair today and would send a technician. Technician called and I repeated what I had told Barry. He stated it was probably a bad pump. Technician arrived in a mini van ,checked system and said I really can't tell you anything more than you told me but I think it is a bad pump. Then he stated they didn't have any pumps today. I stated why did they show up if they couldn't repair pump. Technician spoke with Barry and said they would try and find a pump or borrow one from a competitor but nothing was for sure. At this point I received a call from Hildebrandt's Well Service who stated they could be there in an hour and repair even if it was a bad pump. I told technician I had to have fixed today and was using another company. He spoke with Barry again and stated he would have to bill $145.00 for coming out. As I payed him, he apologized several times for having to bill me when in reality they did nothing. I explained I was not angry with him and when things didn't go as they should , that was what YELP was for. Barry took this call knowing they could not repair and in my opinion was just trying to generate income from a service call.
