I have used B-E twice, once for bladder tank replacement in 2014 and once for well pump replacement…read more2016. I can confirm the history as noted by another reviewer. We worked directly with the owner, JoAnn, widow of 'Big Ed' (B-E). It is the epitome of a trust-worthy Mom and Pop shop. She has been in the business for 39 year and still works right alongside her crew. Her and her crew are very respectful, always answer the phone, work hard, knowledgeable, and, all things considered, relatively prompt. We lost water at 2am. Called B-E at 6:15am. They were at the property by 9am to inspect/troubleshoot. They cut/layed a 120 feet of temporary cable to prove my underground cable was bad, in addition to a bad pump. The suspect was a lightning ground strike. Because they were already committed to another customer that day, they were able to come back that evening at about 6pm with a full crew and rig. They removed the roof of the wellhouse, tripped 200' of pipe, replaced the cable and pump, replaced the roof, cleaned up the jobsite and were done by about 9pm (3 hours). They replaced the pressure contact switch, grundfos pump/motor, franklin motor starter. They elevated my pressure contact switch with a higher nipple at my request at not additional cost. $2500 + $400 for 200' of new submersible cable.

Listened to my issue, took info on pump model and had a tech at my home before I could get to gate. He verified my problem quick, got me a price from Zack & I gave approval prior. Replacement parts were there within 30 minutes. Repairs completed within 2 hrs, despite a challenge or two that they overcame. I very pleased with every aspect of this service, from the 1st tech, whose name slips my mind, to the Boss being on-site after bringing replacement parts, Coaching & teaching his team. B-E Waterwell Services will be who I call first and will share their info with family & friends when asked.

They are head and shoulders above anyone else I've used in the past. A professional engineer recommend them to me about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them. From installing new wells, to repairs, to follow up warranty work, I can find no fault. Not their fault, but I had a major water tank fail do to a manufacture defect about a year after install, and they came out happily and replaced it for free, including labor. They say what they say they are going to do, and their price is alway very fair. They are very experienced, and workmanship is superior. It is hard today to find anyone that takes pride in their work, puts ethics at the top of their list, and really cares about doing the right thing for their customers. I could not be happier with this rare find of a quality company. The technician Zach mostly services my wells, but all the staff has been superb. David Flory

He stated they could repair today and would send a technician. Technician called and I repeated what I had told Barry. He stated it was probably a bad pump. Technician arrived in a mini van ,checked system and said I really can't tell you anything more than you told me but I think it is a bad pump. Then he stated they didn't have any pumps today. I stated why did they show up if they couldn't repair pump. Technician spoke with Barry and said they would try and find a pump or borrow one from a competitor but nothing was for sure. At this point I received a call from Hildebrandt's Well Service who stated they could be there in an hour and repair even if it was a bad pump. I told technician I had to have fixed today and was using another company. He spoke with Barry again and stated he would have to bill $145.00 for coming out. As I payed him, he apologized several times for having to bill me when in reality they did nothing. I explained I was not angry with him and when things didn't go as they should , that was what YELP was for. Barry took this call knowing they could not repair and in my opinion was just trying to generate income from a service call.
