On March 8, 2024 this terrible business received my deposit of $4500 to start a well and never came…read moreon site. Linnie Thompson was who I spoke with and luckily took photos of the contract she tried to run off with quickly. She told me there are no refunds on deposits, which I clearly told her that's not stated in the contract I signed and she replied with, "It doesn't say it's refundable either". If you reply with that, you understand blatantly that you are engaging in deceptive practices and it will get handled as such. It's terrible that contractors are so desperate, they compromise their entire company, ethics and the only thing they have going for them- their word. Or in my case, an insufficient contract that was poorly structured. I suggest anyone wanting a well to RUN from these scam artists!

Buyer beware on these well repair services…read more Talk and experience is nice but --- homeowners, do not let your lack of experience lead you here, search elsewhere. Make sure that both you and the contractor understand the problem - then if services are agreed upon, they should be rendered correctly. If there is one mistake, then that could be reasonable but multiple? It is shameful. It should not take multiple visits to repair a well that could be diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time. Great that they are flexible on time and somewhat responsive but there are several issues with the quality of service - very cordial though! I would recommend hiring some more experienced folks, maybe pay them a bit more and require that they are dressed professionally.

Listened to my issue, took info on pump model and had a tech at my home before I could get to gate. He verified my problem quick, got me a price from Zack & I gave approval prior. Replacement parts were there within 30 minutes. Repairs completed within 2 hrs, despite a challenge or two that they overcame. I very pleased with every aspect of this service, from the 1st tech, whose name slips my mind, to the Boss being on-site after bringing replacement parts, Coaching & teaching his team. B-E Waterwell Services will be who I call first and will share their info with family & friends when asked.

Oh well, another well service…read more Fortunate enough not having to pay a water bill? Then you must have a well system. Periodically if your water table under your residence goes out then that is the big drawback of not having a public supply. These things I heard to build I was told can range from $6k to $10 depending on build and other obvious factors. Meet B-E water well service and repair. I have been dealing with this company since I moved into my home in 1993. Since then I have had to utilize their services three times and the first thing I can say is they are prompt and reasonable. B - E used to be owned by a guy named Ed until he passed away maybe a decade ago but his wife has since taken over. This is not changed the venue of the company and in fact probably has gone on without a hiccup. My pump went out for the second time in twenty years and the last time I did not have the money to get another system installed. They still put a new pump in for me and told me to pay them before August (This was back in February) and everything would be ok. One cannot get this kind of service from a regular company. I think she/they understood the need for the children in the house to have the necessities of water. The cost both times to get this fixed was around $2,500. This was including raising the structured room that sat on top of the pump housing, lifting the pipe about 100 feet in the air, adding more pipe to match the level to where the water table is underground, replace pump, reinstall and rewire the pump and a few little miscellaneous I can not recall. This company will always have my business as long as I live here and I hope they continue to make their customers feel like people instead of just income statistics. Kaltenbrun.

Their team will troubleshoot until they identify the problem, provide a solution, and ensure you are taken care of quickly. I experienced intermittent pressure loss, even after changing my filter. I also drained my 100-gallon tank to flush out any debris and bypassed my water-softening system to see if that was the culprit. Almeda initially guided me through these steps to help save me some money. Ultimately, they sent two technicians over the same day to diagnose the issue, checking the tank, breakers, and pipes back to the well. They discovered a leak about three feet down, which could not be repaired immediately, so they scheduled a follow-up for the next day. This was the best experience I have ever had with a home improvement company. While many businesses may seem out to take advantage of you, Almeda Water Well Service stood apart. Service members, if you are in the Houston area and have issues with your well, I encourage you to call Almeda Water Well Service first! You won't regret it.

I called to schedule service because my well water pump was too low to operate the house. They were scheduled to come out the next day to assess and repair. However, I found the problem and shut off the valve. I called the company after hours and left a message with their answering service. Their company representative called back and noted that we did not need service. No charge. Classy run organization. If you have a well call these people.
